My favorite hotel on this trip is Prince's Mansion, which is like a private museum. The fried chicken is delicious and the breakfast is made to order.

Very bad experience, the hotel is very old, stayed for 2 nights, the air conditioner broke on the first night, there was no air conditioner all night, the second day tripped, and there was no electricity in the morning Service: The front desk was quite enthusiastic, the restaurant was very average, we booked two nights, the cleaning was done at noon the next day, the waiter still entered the room in the afternoon, we did not ask for cleaning! The front desk will actively add WeChat and promote a one-day tour. Although it is not too much, this kind of operation will not be seen in hotels of the same price and star rating! Facilities: The air conditioner does not cool, and the remote control is very difficult to operate. Basically, you have to press 10 times, and one of them will react by chance. We found that the air conditioner did not cool at night, and the staff came to adjust it a few times, but it didn't work. It was not repaired until noon the next day. I endured it all. The next night, I took a shower and blew my hair, and sparks flew directly. The lights in the whole house, the sockets in the toilet and the bathroom were all out of power. Only a few sockets had electricity. I called the front desk 5 times, but no one answered. In the end, it was too late and I barely went to bed. I knew that there was no call until I left the hotel. The hotel's way of dealing with this was to allow us to check out later at 2 o'clock, which was totally ridiculous!!! We had a flight at 2 o'clock and didn't need to check out early. The manager saw that we were very unhappy and agreed to take us to the airport for free, but we had already booked a car!

An unexpected surprise in Luang Prabang. The hotel is a different world with a different view. Every piece of furnishings is an old object, with many old photos and old Buddha statues. The reception room and swimming pool have a kind of old southern beauty. The room is on the first floor of a single-family building. The old wooden door with shutters opens to a private courtyard full of green plants. The neighborhood is very quiet, away from the downtown. There is a temple next to the hotel, and there will be daily donations from local residents around 6 am. The whole Luang Prabang is not big, and you can reach the morning and evening markets and Mount Phu Si by strolling from the hotel. The service is quite satisfactory. Not very enthusiastic, but comfortable.

There are many hotels in Luang Prabang, each with its own characteristics. This hotel was renovated from the former home of the Lao prince. Although there are not many rooms, the public areas are very rich and it is an ideal place for vacation. The breakfast is great, with a Chinese menu. The waiter is very polite and thoughtful. After ordering rice noodles, the chili sauce that Chinese people love is immediately delivered, which really won my heart 🤗. The various breads for breakfast are also very delicious. People who don’t like bread have to eat two pieces every day! The front desk service is also standardized online, and the male waiters are generally more enthusiastic! The room cleaning is very thoughtful and meticulous, at least twice a day, keeping the room clean and tidy at all times! On the first day, the tip was placed on the bedside table, but they didn’t take it. On the second day, it was specially placed on the quilt and taken away. It can be seen that the service training is still very strict! The room is large and comfortable to live in. The bedding and bath towels are very comfortable! Talk about the shortcomings. The room is not very soundproof. The waiter cleans outside in the morning, and the sound is very clear. If you live downstairs, the sound upstairs is very clear. If you encounter people who go to bed late and get up early, it will affect the quality of rest downstairs. Another point is that the hotel does not have a pick-up service. Many hotels will provide pick-up and drop-off services within the town at any time, or even pick-up and drop-off services at the airport and high-speed rail. In addition, the hotel is a little off-site. It takes more than 20 minutes to walk to any place. It is impossible to walk under the scorching sun. You need to take a tuk-tuk every time. The price of tuk-tuks in Luang Prabang has skyrocketed in recent years. Even if you only take a five-minute ride, the starting price is 20,000 per person (about 6 yuan in total), and it is calculated per person. It is more expensive than taking a taxi in any major city in China! When going to the high-speed rail station, the price of the hotel's delivery is 25 US dollars, and I immediately ordered a 99 yuan delivery service on Mafengwo. Except for the fact that I was not satisfied with the trip, the hotel vacation was really good, and I should go there again in the future.

Probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Avoid thunder On the first day of check-in, we were asked if we wanted to participate in the New Year's Eve event and dinner, which cost 120 US dollars per person. After we clearly refused, the waiter said that we had to ask the manager for approval. ? ? Even said that some guests would pay even if they did not participate in the event. Very outrageous. The hotel is a historical building. It is understandable that some hardware facilities cannot be renovated, but it is really hard to understand that small appliances such as hair dryers cannot be equipped with a better one, but the low-power hair dryers of hotels that cost three or four hundred yuan. There is basically no service awareness. The local restaurant and Mekong River night tour were booked through the hotel, claiming that they were booked, but when we arrived at the place, the other party said that there was no reservation record... This is the first time I have encountered such an unreliable one. The breakfast options are also relatively simple, with a fixed menu ordering system every day. It was basically repeated on the third day. I ordered Lao Green Tea on the menu, but what was brought up was Twinings tea bag green tea... When leaving the hotel, my friend took the hotel's change bag to put dirty clothes (a cloth bag), but when he checked out and arrived at the train station, he was told to return the laundry bag. We left our old clothes and shoes in the hotel, and no waiter asked if they were personal belongings left behind.
