The staff are lovely, polite, well-mannered, and always willing to assist. However, the hotel only provides cleaning services upon check-in and again at check-out; there is no housekeeping during your stay, and towels are not replaced. Overall, the room condition is satisfactory. It is spacious, comfortable, and suitable for up to four people. The main issues with this hotel are the water supply and Wi-Fi. The water pressure is very low, and on one night, there was no water at all. The Wi-Fi connection is weak, making it difficult to use the internet. On the night when there was no water, there were no staff members available at the reception desk. We had to call the hotel to get someone to come and resolve the issue.

On our first day, there was a power outage, leaving us sweltering all night. The next day, we wanted to cancel our stay, and the staff was incredibly friendly. They took us to several hotels, eventually switching to a much smaller one. This trip was unlucky; all the other hotels around us had power, but ours was out, and the repairs were incredibly inefficient! It was so frustrating!

The room size is OK, but there is no hot water in the shower. The front desk staff is very good. Although the language is not convenient, they try their best to explain in detail in Chinese and English. The location is very good, and there are basically many check-in attractions around.
