It's a hotel with a big Gym
and a wonderful view when sunrise
They have a coffee shop
The waited can speak very well Chinese and English.
I'm very glad when I sit in Fullman 7days.

Genuinely couldn’t praise the service here enough, the staff here were fantastic and made me feel so at home in Luang Prabang.
The rooms are comfortable, and clean, and the views from the balcony are gorgeous.
Breakfast was 10/10. I had omelettes, Lao noodles, fresh fruit, and coffee, all of which tasted fantastic.
For me the main selling point when booking was the gym, and I was not let down, this gym is huuuge, bigger than any other hotel gym I’ve seen!
Great selection of free weights and machines. You’ll defo be able to get in a proper workout here.
Location is good, it’s about 5 minutes from the city, easily accessible by bike (hotel can arrange for bike renting!) or car/taxi.
Would fully recommend Full Man to anyone staying in Luang Prabang.

I had very good time at this place , stuff very polite and helpful. Hotel is brand new they just open 1 week ago . GYM the biggest I ever seen in hotel , amazing swimming pool

這次出行訂的酒店很滿意，獨特的老撾風情裝修，看似簡約實則高級。房間寬敞明亮，大大的落地窗，通風很好，房間沒有異味。每一處都通風。很推薦大家來住。前台服務員會講中文，幫忙打車，去哪裡都方便。
酒店特別大，大大的泳池，和一大片樹林，很有熱帶雨林的感覺，酒店下面有條河，對面是老撾的學校。安全感滿滿

服務拉滿，在老撾有如此酒店，確實挺好，房間乾淨整潔，溝通也方便，有會漢語的管理人員，大落地窗加上陽台很是愜意，看得到琅勃拉邦城，公區泳池健身房也特別大，且酒店面積也很大，停車這些很方便，老闆是中國人也特別熱情

貴酒店半夜坐地起價，還拒絕入住，原因不想收到差評，擱中國任意一家店已經12306了。我們一行人到了琅勃拉邦，很遲了，想早點入住休息，因為第二天要去關西瀑布，行程非常滿，我在攜程軟件上看到的是可以入住三個人我就默認三個成人，等到了前台是中國人很輕蔑告訴我們這個時間500元訂不到3人間的琅勃拉邦的房子，實際情況是琅勃拉邦人均收入800人名幣一個月。她讓我們加錢，不僅加多出來一個人的房費還要加多出來一人的早餐，我可以接受加錢，但是要給我提供同樣的服務，我問是否加床，她説不加，讓我們三個人就住原來2.5人的房間，我們態度很強硬，因為這是很不合理的要求，她就一直用中文給上司打電話，態度也很強硬，看到我們很不開心給的解決方式是拒絕我們入住，理由是她不接受軟件上的差評，當時有被氣笑了，威脅式的態度，大晚上，三個人在陌生的國度還是郊區，錢不着村後不着店，沒有任何賠償和解決方法，拒絕我們入住。這家店的帶的位置也存在欺詐消費者，這家店也不在琅勃拉邦古城內，在開車需要20分鐘的地方很遠。這件事非常影響我們的出遊心情，後續的心情都很差，太噁心了。

新開的酒店，離城區不遠，在很安靜的地方。
訂了帶泳池的別墅房，特地問了客服私人泳池的水是不是乾淨，客服説是入住當天剛換的，看着是還行，但確實有點小，還是去了酒店的露天大泳池。大泳池分深水淺水，還有小童戲水池，也比較乾淨，能遊能玩。
對別墅房最滿意的是空調+吊扇，製冷效果好且噪音幾乎沒有。衞生間比較簡陋，牆面沒有瓷磚，地面沒有地磚，但不影響使用。淋浴間的地面是鵝*石鋪的，赤腳踩上去按摩腳底，淋浴水花挺大。總之房間裝修和設施不奢華，但也不影響入住。
衹是遇到半夜打雷，住在別墅房裡實在有被嚇到！不知道是不是因為別墅房的結構比較單薄，那驚雷劈下來簡直是五雷轟頂，床都在震。更誇張的是關掉的電視機在半夜被雷劈得自動打開了，噠噠噠噠一直響，直到我起身把它關掉……真是一種非常特別的氣象體驗了。好在睡前把木門關嚴實了，雨沒打進來。
早餐種類不算多，麪檔那裡主要是粉和煎蛋，然後自己加調料。水果每天固定三種：紅心火龍果、小香蕉和西瓜，火龍果非常好吃！
酒店服務還是很不錯的，微信提供中文管家服務，有問題隨時問。瓶裝水管夠。Wi-Fi也還不錯。衹是房間沒有一次性拖鞋，衹有塑料黑拖鞋。
總之，這個酒店還是不錯的，有度假的氛圍，周到的服務，性價比很不錯。
衹是雨季別選別墅房了，除非想體驗雷劈。

房間很大也很整潔，我們定的套房，前臺中文英語都會説，特別熱心，會幫忙規劃行程叫車，當然酒店每天也提供一次接送服務，早餐還不錯，粉很好吃，但是其他種類比較少。
