The hotel location is good. Nice and very clean hotel with very friendly staff. Breakfast was good. We really enjoyed our stay. We can only recommend this hotel.

Overall, my stay was fantastic! The food was delicious, and the front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful, always going out of their way to assist with any needs. The room I booked had a charming little seating area with two chairs and a table right outside the door, perfect for enjoying the quiet moments and the lovely surroundings. The hotel is also well-located, making it easy to explore Luang Prabang. Clean, comfortable, and with a welcoming atmosphere—highly recommended for a relaxing stay!

Good: The staff are fantastic—truly helpful and have the perfect attitude. They genuinely assist in solving any issues, rather than just pretending to. The breakfast is great as well. Bad: The rooms, though spacious, suffer from absurd design. Indeed, the open bathrooms and toilet doors with large gaps provide no privacy (noise and smell), as they each open directly into the bedroom. If one person is sleeping, they will be disturbed if the other goes to the bathroom during the night or wakes up earlier. Even more problematic is that the light for both the open shower and the toilet is controlled by the same switch. This means that if someone uses the toilet at night, the light for the shower, which has a glass door facing the room, also turns on, making it impossible not to wake the other person. The second issue is the single-pane windows, which fail to block out external noise. Since the hotel is located right on a main road, it becomes noisy as early as 6:00 AM, even with the windows closed, due to the sound of motorcycles common in the area. If you're traveling alone and aren't too bothered by morning noise, this is a perfectly acceptable option. My advice to the owner: You have a fantastic team, so take advantage of that and invest in improving the room design. This is your part.

The hotel is in the old town, and it is very convenient to go to various attractions. You can walk there... It's great! The lady at the front desk speaks great English! The service is very enthusiastic! The bed is super comfortable!

It was a very good hotel. I stayed in several hotels in Luang Prabang, but this was the best. The breakfast was delicious and the customers were nice. You can see the alms-giving ceremony from outside.

I arrived in Luang Prabang by train. I was the closest among the passengers in the shared taxi. It was convenient that I could walk to Phousi Hill. There is also a mini supermarket nearby. The breakfast was delicious with fruit and made-to-order omelettes. They also made cappuccinos and lattes, which was nice. Laundry was 30,000 kip per kilo, and it was ready around 7pm if I dropped it off in the morning. If you're staying multiple nights, I recommend doing the laundry. There are also famous restaurants nearby, so overall it's a hotel I'd like to stay at again.

Very nice hotel, newly opened, very close to the city center, excellent location. Very clean, very nice, worth staying. I booked it for my friend, and my friend gave very good feedback.

Regardless of the front desk or the restaurant, all the staff are very welcoming. The room is very clean, and there is no dust on the countertops, tables or even the floor.
