A lovely stay at the V Maison hotel back in January! Whilst the hotel doesn’t have a river view, it’s only a block away from the river and with such gorgeous decoration and amenities the river wasn’t missed.
Room was beautiful, beds very comfy and great breakfast too. Many thanks to the staff for their help on our logistics and for a great stay! Would definitely stay again.

We liked - location, breakfast, bed and pillows very comfortable, staff amazing , complimentary mini bar, free bikes, free shuttle to anywhere in town , fast wifi. Beautiful setting and deco. Toun , the lady at the reception was amazing !!
We didn’t like - bad sewer smell in the room, window in toilet has no glass so sound from the street , especially in the morning is quite annoying. Prices of some services are way too high : airport transfer 400,000 Kip vs 120,000 for a loca.

There are not many rooms, but the environment is very elegant and quiet in a busy city. It is very suitable for leisure and relaxation. It takes only two steps to reach the Mekong River. There are many restaurants around the Mekong River. There is a Chinese-owned restaurant that accepts Alipay.

I stayed in Luang Prabang for four days in total. It is a small boutique hotel with very clean rooms and excellent service. The breakfast is very good and the location is very close to the main street and major attractions. It is highly recommended!

The hotel is relatively new. Although the rooms are not big, they have all the necessary facilities and the layout is quite warm. The breakfast is good, including Western and local food. I think the Laotian food is good. The location is very good, just a few minutes walk from Xiang Thong Temple.

This boutique hotel is suitable for people looking for a cosy place that feels like home with a great location within walking distance of bars, coffee shops and restaurants. The most important is the staff name “Toun” she is the BEST. She has a good hospitality mind and is always happy to provide services even though she is running everything by herself. One staff taking care of everything: check-in, serving, reservation, etc. I thoroughly recommend this hotel to everyone.

A warning for those who book this hotel, you may not actually get a room. Instead you will be moved to a sister hotel far from town. 12/10 I booked this hotel for NYE. 12/19 I emailed the hotel to confirm my reservation. The hotel does not respond until 12/26 to tell me they have no rooms available and I will be moved to another hotel, 20+ minute walk into town. I contacted ******* for assistance, which they called the hotel and the response was it was fine if I wanted to cancel. Trying to find a new hotel 4 days before check in and during a holiday is not easy. Here's how this place became unprofessional. Notify me within one business day of my booking that you have no rooms and respond to my inquiry within one day, not 4 days before I am supposed to check-in.
