Great location. 1 min walk to river; 5 min walk to central area with night market etc. Basic room which was clean and functional. Good value for money. The outside area isn't really used for chilling out as everyone hangs their washing there. Would have been nice to have sat there as it overlooks the street. Quiet enough in the evening as it is far enough from the centre so it feels quite peaceful. Quite an old, authentic building. Creaky floorboards etc. Might not be suitable for someone looking for more comfort, but I thought it was quirky and delightful.

Boten brand new city stayed in new apartment
Everything is new very strong Chinese influence
Much better value for our money in Thailand

房間比照片還要好看，這個白色窗户可太浪漫了！ 住的也十分舒服，很乾凈，採光很好，在陽台能看到湄公河，位置也不錯、去哪都方便，性價比是真不錯啊！老闆是一對中國夫妻，人超級nice的，有問必答，很熱情，還會幫忙訂車～ 在這裏我度過了在琅勃拉邦很愜意美好的日子❤️

訂房間的時候就被這個窗户吸引了 有些法式簡單清新的感覺 剛好可以看落日 位置很便利 老闆小姐姐人也很好 會推薦吃喝玩的 適合國人來住 溝通也方便 會有少量蚊子 不過這個是因為整個國家的氣候 很難避免 所以老闆會拿電蚊拍來救你

好評！房間很舒服，太陽能曬到，光線很好，空調很給力。地理位置很好，鬧中取靜，身處市中心，右邊湄公河，左邊法國街夜市，門口就有佈施，夜晚睡覺非常安靜不吵鬧。
