My booking ended up being an overbooking. The hotel said it was a system error, but I was not notified in advance by email. When I arrived, they took me to other branch of hotel that was far from the original location. They said I got a more expensive room, but the price is not the issue. People book accommodations based on location! ☹️

I stayed in this hotel for the second time, the location is very convenient, next to the hotel there's a grocery where you can buy anything you may need and you can walk to the night market and many attractions of the city. the staff is very nice and helpful. breakfast is simple but good.

If you're Thai, I highly recommend this place. The service is excellent, it's on three floors, the rooms are clean, and it's close to important places. It's quiet and peaceful, and the bathroom is very nice. The rooms have a French feel. Breakfast has a wide variety of options. The price is worth it!
