Services not upto mark for couple of days

I booked a room at the Florenca May 7-8. The reception was great as I don't speak Portuguese he spoke some English and we made it happen seamlessly. When I went to my room (105) I was immediately disappointed: It looked like the door had been kicked in at some point and a very poor repair job was done. I had to slam the door to get the lock to engage. The closet door was missing a handle, the safe didn't work, and there wasn't even a complimentary bottle of life's essence -water-for a guest. When I asked the receptionist I was told I had to call the kitchen to get water. There was no menu for the restaurant and I was told I had to create WhatsApp to be sent the menu via the app. The bright spot for this stay was the receptionist specifically Edvauia Tomas! She was very accommodating and provided excellent customer service. It is MANAGEMENT and their lack of knowledge of customer satisfaction that is the problem.

Negative experience! No quality. Breakfast had almost nothing to eat! With the exception of the reception staff, the rating is very low. The hotel is under construction, the swimming pool is not working, the service is terrible and you pay as if it were a hotel without these problems. Terrible price/quality ratio!
