Everything you need for a comfortable stay in Luanda. The room was big and nice. The breakfast was good. The 2 big advantages: very nice rooftop with a restaurant and well equipped gym. The disadvantage in general is that the prices are high.

The hotel is what i would call an average local hotel. it is not an international hotel and by no means 5 star the staff are friendly however the language is portuguese and very limited english. bar menu is only in portiguese and ordering food is a challenge. asking for a plain burger and fries results in t he waiter saying he needs manager approval as burger on the menu is not with fries, needless to say burger delivered twice full of stuff i has d made clear i didn’t want. main restaurant the same. asked for plain chicken and fries, delivered chicken on a bed of green mash, sent it back and when it came back the chef had just washed the chicken and put it back cold. stayed here years ago and was ok. now never again.

Um Hotel fabuloso com uma gestão muito profissional onde tudo…e óptimo. O Staff reúne o profissionalismo com uma capacidade de acolher e simpatia muito típica dos povos africanos e angolanos em particular, o que é uma solução ideal. Teria vários nomes a destacar mas não o vou fazer para não ser injusto com todos os outros, dê-se o pessoal da recepção, até ao restaurante, room service e incluindo ainda a simpatia e prestabilidade do pessoal de arrumo dos quartos. A comida é óptima, variada e abundante, os horários sempre ajustados as necessidades de viajar e dos voos internacionais, Mesmo a festa das 5as feiras, sóbria, agradável e com grupos de qualidade. Tivemos uma questão de mal entendido com empresa médica para colheita e testes de Covid19, que foi rápida e convenientemente resolvida pela recepção. Fantástico
