伊水灣大酒店我記住你了！ 1.性價比高。 2.服務隊伍年輕化，服務熱情高，服務意識強。 3.酒店雖然不是五星但是能看得出來管理者對標的是五星級的標準。 4.餐標跨等級。雖然不能和五星級酒店去做比較，但是足見管理者之用心。入住的兩個片段： 1.入住酒店的當天下午沒有安排，所以決定酒店門口轉一轉。出了酒店門擺弄了一下導航，又有點兒不踏實，一扭頭看見一個工作人員正在打電話，遂放棄上前詢問的動作轉而等待，可是此時工作人員已經發現情況立即發下手機，向我詢問是否需要幫助？在詢問結束後，我發現人家的手機竟然還在通話中，感動。 2.在酒店愜意住了兩晚之後，出發去了老君山，下山的途中得知有直接去洛陽的大巴，可是發車時間衹有半個小時，的行李卻在酒店的禮賓部。此時此刻抱着試一下的心態，衹能求助酒店前台可否往景區送一下我們的行李，沒成想酒店立即派帥帥的小夥駕駛專車直達景區幫我們解決了問題。關鍵是我要承擔費用時人家酒店禮貌性的拒絕，並祝我們一切順利。綜上，我認為這是欒川最好的酒店，沒有之一。

The location is perfect! It is suitable for friends who want to watch the sunset and the night view of the Golden Temple lights at night, and those who want to watch the sunrise the next day. However, because the hotel is next to the Golden Temple on the top of the mountain, you have to walk ten miles to the gallery to get there after getting off the cableway, or follow the video provided by the hotel to take a shortcut and climb a step. It is recommended to only bring a backpack to stay in the hotel.
