因為從檢票口到民宿還有一段距離，到老君山的時候我讓他去接我們，他説要等其他客户上山，不知道什麼時候才能去接，我想問其他客户上山管你什麼事呢！之後又奇怪的準時去接了，山上不是有彎道嘛，那車開得能把人甩出去，還好車門關嚴了。下山回來我就開始預訂接送服務，他又説“我們其實不包含接送服務的”，服務態度極其惡劣。房間裏沒有洗髮水和木梳，床下面的褥子都是臟的，環境一般，沒人收拾，自己看圖吧

設施：衞生間乾濕分離服務：老闆人超好，我晚上快十二點才到景區門口，聯繫了老闆，老闆還特地開車到檢票口接我上去（純屬好心，不是固定項目！白天可以自己坐電瓶車）。第二天要走的時候還幫我聯繫了景區裏面欒川到洛陽的大巴，50也不貴，有需要回洛陽的可以讓老闆幫忙問問看有沒有車
