因為最近工作的不開心，所以選擇請假和朋友來洛陽旅遊，每次出行都會給我帶來不一樣的體驗，老君山上吃泡麪和最近我的**瘋狂給我推薦老君山美景，這一次我選擇來到了洛陽欒川，住宿我本次選擇了伊水灣大酒店，伊水灣給我的感覺就像家一樣，有親切感，我和我朋友剛到店就有工作人員幫我們拿行李，還帶我們到前台辦理入住，非常貼心，在前台辦理入住時候，我們詢問老君山怎麼規劃和一些美食特色，前台的樂軒給我們進行了一個詳細的介紹，還給我們推薦本地特色小吃，瞭解到我們都是喜歡拍照推薦了好多拍照打卡的漂亮飯，洗衣服服務也非常不錯啊，噢對了，小姐姐還給我們介紹了鸞州度，是一個非常不錯的拍照打卡的地方，房間裏面還給我們了水果小零食，非常貼心，噢對了，酒店樓層還提供免費的礦泉水是我意想不到了，還有酒店免費的停車，我是一個很愛分享的人，比如好用的化粧品、好看的衣服、好吃的飯，我都會強烈安利給朋友，所以現在就在給素未謀面的朋友，安利伊水灣酒店，後面我們就去重渡溝遊玩了

這應該是第二次入住伊水灣了，老君山已經去過了這次來欒川是為了去重渡溝和王府竹海，第一次到一個地方旅遊打動我的不是景區的美 而是一家酒店的服務，很少進行評價的我，在等待列車發動時，忍不住想把這份感動分享給所有追求品質的旅人。
到酒店後，剛下車小哥就迎上來，熱情地幫忙拿行李，到前台工作人員快速高效且面帶微笑地辦理入住，每一個環節都讓人感到被尊重和重視 酒店大堂氣派又温馨，房間非常乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒適，一躺下就讓人放鬆，毫無疑問，這是我住過最舒心的酒店之一，下次一定也會再次選擇這裏，也會推薦給所有朋友！
一家酒店的好壞 硬件是基礎，但真正讓人銘記於心的永遠是人的服務，前台工作人員佳怡，最開始辦理入住時，瞭解到我們第二天要去重渡溝，就用手機搜尋了重渡溝的著名打卡點，告訴我們位置 、怎麼走才不會那麼堵車，我覺得這些應該都是家人朋友説能告知的 卻在這家酒店知道了什麼是親切，晚上貪涼，吃壞了肚子，前台還幫忙問詢葯物送至房間 ，令人感動的服務並不是大城市才會有的！
第二天離開酒店打電話到前台詢問早餐時間 但因為我們還要趕高鐵 所以沒時間吃早餐，退房時，佳怡小姐姐詢問我們 是不是還沒用早餐，得知情況後馬上通知餐廳送來了一些麪包和牛奶怕我們路上暈車，就這樣的服務，怎麼能讓人不去評價和推薦呢！
同時也感謝這家酒店的每一個員工，我可能記不到你們的名字 但是你們的努力我們都看得到，謝謝你們！是你們讓這次住宿從“滿意”變成了“感動”。

環境挺好的，而且停車的地方多，如果是自駕出行一定要首選；自助早餐有很多吃的，前台小姐姐們和管家的服務都很好，媽媽不舒服，管家剛好送來了泡腳的和菊花茶；退房時還送了我們當地的菌陳茶。推薦在這裏住。

進入酒店，就能看到酒店停車場車位比較多，免費停車。前台服務專業，還會幫忙免費升級，房間窗户大，都是明窗，早餐菜品味道好，種類多。位置便利，周圍吃的也比較多。交通十分方便。酒店整體入住感受特別滿意。前台提供行李免費寄存，叫醒服務。服務效率高。房間內乾淨整潔，床高低合適，空間大。餐廳衞生乾淨吃起來很放心。性價比很高，經常來，前台思奇服務態度好，免費提供購物袋，介紹遊覽路線，從給我們辦理入住到退房，都給我們提供周到的服務，還幫忙聯繫網約順風車，給我們解決了出行回家的問題，第一次來外地不熟悉，想不帶貴酒店的服務如此周到，非常感謝，思奇的服務效率也很高，需要一次性刮鬍刀，馬上送來。房間面積大通風效果不錯。被子柔軟 睡的很舒服，空調效果強，很快達到理想的温度，手機信號強，免費WiFi，特別棒

這個酒店是非常不錯的，服務人員也特別熱情。住在1樓還有配備有小孩的玩具，我小孩比較大雖然沒有玩，但是感覺酒店方挺温馨的。配備了很多水跟飲料，考慮非常周全。早餐也還可以挺不錯的，由於帶了兩個小孩比較大，一個入住時贈送，早上補了一個早餐，推薦上**團購一個，價格比較實惠，非常好的商家，服務人員也非常好，有禮貌。下次還會來入住的。

酒店有些年代，但配套服務都很棒，包括提供各類的水果，各種耳塞、漱口水啥的，都是自助拿的。負1樓説的有澡票，住宿泡個澡搓個背很舒服。天氣好的話，可以遠遠看到老君山，整體還不錯。

房間很大，很乾凈，本來訂觀景房，因前面客人還沒退房，前台怕我們等時間過長，主動升級了房間，還有專人送你到房間，進房間香香的，乾淨，衞生，讓人很舒服，酒店還送有小零食，水果，1果計，芬達，礦泉水，酒店環境不錯，一次好的體驗，如果有機會到欒川還會選擇這家酒店，五星好評。
