住這裏超出預想，酒店服務態度很好又周到，還可以免費接送老君山和雞冠洞，對於我們不會開車的老年人來説太友好了。而且酒店位置環境也不錯，飯菜也比較好吃，我們的早餐、中餐和晚餐都是在這裏解決了，很方便。

5月16日帶着兩位70歲長者一行4人入住伊水灣酒店，前台服務朱娟娟（漂亮小姐姐）熱情接待，安排相鄰的房間，方便照顧長者起居，安排酒店車輛免費送至老君山，登山後回酒店，已為老年人準備好泡腳盆及葯包。次日我們回程，聯繫安排車輛，大堂經理：付海航美女暖心準備養生茶。謝謝酒店人員的暖心服務，酒店的乾淨，明亮，環境挺棒，服務暖心貼心，早餐中西合璧，味美。值得推薦

為了較早到達老君山景區遊玩，提前一天入住了欒川伊水灣大酒店。該酒店是當地較有名的酒店，酒店區域很大，開業已有多年，但我們這次預訂的是新改造的雙大床房，該房間大，床大，衞生乾淨，床墊軟硬合適，服務員對客人的服務也是非常到位，有求必應，反應迅速，讓人感覺非常親切。

這次河南旅遊，欒川伊水灣大酒店給我們留下深刻印象，酒店不僅設施好，服務更是好上加好。我們到的這天是母親節，酒店很貼心地給女士送了花。服務員非常細心細緻，送的水果特意手寫，根據住店客人情況送菊花茶、泡腳盆等等，都是手寫，讓人覺得非常暖心。酒店還有洗車房，住店客人免費洗車，在我住過的很多酒店還是第一次碰到有洗車房的酒店，恰巧我們正要找地方洗車，沒想到在酒店就解決了這個問題。我們住的別墅房一樓還有一個可以喝茶聊天的地方，喝茶各種設施齊全，還有一些零食、水果都是免費供應，這種增值服務太貼心了。如此優質服務且性價比非常高的酒店，下次有機會再來。

酒店的設施説實話很一般，因為開業的時間比較長，但是整體的環境還是非常不錯的。值得一提的是，這裏的服務非常好。下車的時候就會有小哥幫忙提送行李，然後服務員小姐姐也會幫忙辦理入住什麼的，然後住宿的時候，嗯阿姨看到行李很多還給準備了泡腳桶，還有眼罩。非常非常的貼心，離店的時候也準備了小禮物很棒，下次還會再選擇。

這個是最近住過服務最好的酒店了，所有服務員都很熱情，貼心。酒店真的是位置又方便設施又齊全，吃飯也方便還不貴，衞生也不錯。來老君山首選。還給送到山門口，貼心告訴如何買票，司機態度非常好。下次如果再來，還選這！

五一打算和家人一塊來老君山玩的，看到這家酒店離老君山衹有兩公里多就訂了，總的來説，體驗感很好。
服務方面:我當時提前一個多禮拜訂的，正常的親子房已經沒了，衹剩了美樂蒂小童房，我擔心小童床小了，聯繫酒店工作人員很快就給我換了家庭套房，入住的時候前台小姐姐也是很熱情周到，有問必答主動引導到電梯。
客房設施和衞生方面:大致風格如圖色調偏暖，圖裡衹是套房外面的房間。衞生方面很多用品都是單獨塑封起來的，可能是為了表明是已消毒未使用產品這點很細膩；衞生間很整潔乾淨沒有異物或者異味；有一個小冰箱製冷效果還可以；桌子上有一個隔層裏面備了一些辦公用品和日用小工具，比如鉛筆尺子還有指甲剪之類的，很實用。
早餐很豐富，晚上很安靜爬完老君山休息的挺好的，五一期間價格沒有很誇張的漲。不吹不黑，在我五天河南行裏性價比算是最高的一個。
