春節的時候帶家人過來，體驗感不錯，這次又過來入住，每次都會有驚喜。前台小美女的服務沒得説，進店就給送上茶水，還幫我們網上預約了門票。對於我們中老年來説網上預約工作量很大，但她們很耐心的提供幫助滿滿的感激。衞生整體乾淨舒心，早餐也很不錯加了小點心，看着豐富了不少，贊👍

替朋友訂的，朋友反饋很不錯，房間又大又乾淨，毛巾是一次性的，質量很好又乾淨方便，辦理入住的時候前台很熱情，效率也很高，前台提供的還有免費的茶水服務，早餐品種豐富，還有米線和豆腐湯，停車方便，酒店門口就是停車場，出車給前台説一下，費用是酒店付款的，招待朋友離鳳凰天街很近，吃喝玩樂也很方便，離老君山景區也很近，各種方便，強烈推薦👍🏻

和姐妹一起出遊，酒店感受整體非常不錯很寬敞的大廳，工作人員服務也非常熱情，進入房間很乾凈，衞生間和淋浴間是分開的很舒適，早餐也很不錯，這個價位住這個品質的酒店，驚喜到了，下次還會入住。

服務：前台的服務是真貼心，看到我們拿的行李多第一時間幫忙提行李，耐心的介紹周邊景區。
衞生：房間空間很大，衞生很乾凈，一次性的毛巾很是貼心，本來醒着會小，誰知道打開時候驚艷到我了，質量很好，也很大。
早餐：早餐很豐盛，有熱菜、涼菜、蒸品、水果、牛奶、咖啡等差不多20多個品
總體來説很不錯的入住體驗，下次還會過來，推薦推薦
