I brought my family to the hotel for vacation during the Dragon Boat Festival. The environment is quiet, the room is spacious and comfortable, and the scenery outside the balcony is pleasant. The family sat together listening to the rain and drinking tea and chatting. It was so comfortable~ The hotel service staff is also very warm and thoughtful, which enhances the entire stay experience~ I especially like the two smart little dogs in the hotel. They will take you to the restaurant for breakfast every morning. They are so cute. I will choose here next time I go on vacation~

整個旅行體驗非常滿意，床品很新，不潮濕，屋裡麪很乾凈。整個院區設計的很好，服務員都很熱情，無論司機還是迎面遇到的服務人員，都會主動打招呼，詢問是否需要提供幫助，以後會定期過去住。河道有些設施因為7月發水被沖了，希望儘快完善，下次可以過去釣魚，哈哈

優點：面積大，幽靜，涼爽，確實避暑勝地。服務很熱情，周到；早飯種類豐富且美味😋 缺點：房間竟然沒有電話，這！很難想象吧，每次都是手機打前台電話。温泉湯池在野外山林裏，很幽靜，還有姜棗茶喝，味道不錯，但是湯池有點小了，我們去的時候人不多，但也會有點尷尬和不適。

2022年去過一次酒店，當時是在主樓住的，這次選擇了公寓樓，説實話整體感覺大不如從前。（可能我錢沒花到位）！提前聯繫攜程讓留一間乾淨的景色好一些的房間，兩點半到酒店告訴我三樓沒有凈房（好，那我衹能選擇二樓房間，不然我沒地可去）到了房間，就發現沙發下面有未打掃的一次性拖鞋，聯繫前台讓服務員上門打掃（記憶中前台連句抱歉的話都沒説），衞生間沒有看到洗漱用品，電話裏我問前台洗漱用品在哪，她居然告訴我在衞生間櫃子裏（前台連這個都不清楚？）實際在客廳裏（這個真的很奇怪）衞生間是沒有窗户的，且排風系統壞的。後來又聯繫了工作人員換了隔壁房間，後續換房卡也沒有人給我聯繫，還是我主動聯繫才讓人給我換了新房卡！然後新房間也發現有未打掃乾淨的地方，很無語……公寓樓住着真的很不方便，有任何問題都要打電話給前台，約車也很麻煩，好在保安大叔服務很好，感覺很辛苦。温泉挺好的，工作人員很熱情，説話都很好。餐廳就餐也很不錯，性價比很高，點菜多了也會給提醒，還能幫忙撤掉點多的菜。真希望提到的問題能夠有所改善，畢竟出來旅遊能有一個乾淨整潔的居住環境很重要

帶孩子路過想泡温泉選擇了這個酒店，服務員很熱情，酒店內用車隨叫隨到，也有小童樂園，還有手工活動有專門的老師負責教，製作了一個手工筆筒，温泉在山林間，很舒服愜意，可惜衹在下午五點後開放，酒店環境很好可惜有些設施建設還不到位，期待以後更好，有機會帶孩子再來

首先服務是真不錯，每個員工都很陽光積極的狀態。對於一個在山中的酒店，設施和安全感都非常完善，温泉20多個户外湯池不會感覺很擁擠，因為是散落在一片小山上。就是餐廳的午餐晚餐略顯單調，不過開車幾分鐘就可以到鎮上，專門有一條小吃街還是挺多吃的。然後開車十幾分鍾可以到養子溝，如果不想一整天在房間裏待着可以去玩，六公里的溪水，清澈還涼快，去的路上是欒川的形象大道，交通也是真方便。總之以後還回去。
