房間價美物廉，環境衞生也很不錯，適合旅遊度假居住的地方，傍邊還有燒烤夜市想吃什麼都很方便，下次還會入住!

第一睡到半夜隔壁305房間凌晨一點多大聲喧嘩，不睡覺，前台電話打了3遍才打通，到樓上上敲門就説了一句話，不要講話了客人投訴了，為什麼沒有把305房間顧客調到周圍沒有人住的房間
第二我是從攜程網預訂的，我跟前台説不要靠路邊的，為什麼把最靠路邊房間給我
第三退房的時候我跟前台説，太吵了，老闆娘來句都八點了路上車多肯定吵，那意思住貝殼酒店不能睡懶覺了

酒店有蟑螂聯繫前台換房間前台説每間房都有，拒絕換房間，然後拿殺蟲劑來殺死兩衹，打開廁所又看見兩衹，最後沒住就走了商家扣了一晚房費，想和蟑螂共眠就來貝殼酒店

衞生真的不敢恭維 衞生間還有煙頭 地上還有上一任住客牙刷 洗漱用品也配的不齊全 沒有梳子 洗手皂也是上一住店客用的剩下的 被子還有一股煙味 一分價錢一分貨 但是最起碼的衞生也要打掃一下吧

房間很乾凈，空間很大，位置很好很方便，周圍是皖西衞生職業學院，過馬路就是。後面是建材城，還有大燒烤店。很好很方便。

房間裏面乾淨衞生整潔，就是隔音效果不好，隔壁的凌晨兩三點還在聊天，我這邊聽的清清楚楚
