第一睡到半夜隔壁305房間凌晨一點多大聲喧嘩，不睡覺，前台電話打了3遍才打通，到樓上上敲門就説了一句話，不要講話了客人投訴了，為什麼沒有把305房間顧客調到周圍沒有人住的房間
第二我是從攜程網預訂的，我跟前台説不要靠路邊的，為什麼把最靠路邊房間給我
第三退房的時候我跟前台説，太吵了，老闆娘來句都八點了路上車多肯定吵，那意思住貝殼酒店不能睡懶覺了

酒店有蟑螂聯繫前台換房間前台説每間房都有，拒絕換房間，然後拿殺蟲劑來殺死兩衹，打開廁所又看見兩衹，最後沒住就走了商家扣了一晚房費，想和蟑螂共眠就來貝殼酒店

房間太冷了，空調開30度半夜還是感覺冷，房間挺大，就是條件一般，該重新裝修下了。老闆娘人挺好的，很親切友好。

衞生真的不敢恭維 衞生間還有煙頭 地上還有上一任住客牙刷 洗漱用品也配的不齊全 沒有梳子 洗手皂也是上一住店客用的剩下的 被子還有一股煙味 一分價錢一分貨 但是最起碼的衞生也要打掃一下吧
