服務：服務不好，酒店前台態度強硬，明明一層樓都吵的要死，旁邊還有打牌的，還説我們聲音大了，説了沒兩句還讓我們退房。酒店在馬路邊貨車特別多，聲音大，這都算了，旁邊房間常駐打麻將的房間，酒店不管，吵**，早上很早人説，小孩哭，人跑來跑去的，嚴重影響睡眠，是我在攜程訂過體驗感最不好的酒店

三個人開的電競房，進去玩了一天，上廁所的時間發現玻璃門碎的，以為就是那個形式，第二天走的時候按金不給退，説我們弄壞的，本人覺得是你們內部人員弄壞了，不敢説，誣陷到我們頭上，真垃圾，沒有自檢能力，説我弄壞的，最後報警，警察來了之後也偏袒商家，住一晚三人，花了四百塊錢，按金不給退。真牛
