酒店很好，環境好服務到位！不愧為掛牌的五星級酒店！服務就是比其他地方到位。房間高端大氣上檔次，睡着很舒服，雖然很多年了，但是裏面的設施設備一點不輸新開的酒店，大堂還有咖啡跟水果茶喝，很用心在做服務的一家酒店

進入樓層就能聞到一股淡淡的茶香味，沁人心脾。過道上和房間地毯保養的很好，看上去非常乾淨，裝飾物品也令人賞心悦目。酒店提供的服務內容也非常之多，有房內送餐；有免費擦鞋服務；免費洗一件襯衣服務；房間提供的洗護用品也都是美國新鋭設計大師設計，拎袋是布袋，物超所值，品質卓越。更重要的是服務暖心，房間裏配備的蕎麥枕，解決了我的睡眠問題。下次到六安還會入住這裏，安利一波。

已經是第二次過來入住了，前台小姐姐服務周到，説幫我升級了房間，房間很乾凈，另外送了六安的瓜片茶葉，房間還有咖啡，讓我忍不住想喝一杯，窗外景色優美，吃住行都很便捷。朋友説住酒店就得去體驗下早餐，果然沒有讓人失望，早餐的品種豐富多樣猶如百花盛開，各種口味，各種營養，滿足您味蕾的同時，給您帶來全新的活力和好心情。

酒店的整體感覺非常不錯，房間乾淨整潔，設施也很完善，員工服務熱情周到，讓人感覺像回家一樣很温暖，停車特別方便有停車場，還有地下車庫，靠近紅街吃喝玩也方便，出門就是市中心，夜景很美，住的很舒服。

不得不説酒店是真不錯，假期期間去的，大堂人還是很多的，前台有條不紊的接待着，還幫忙升級了房間，第一印象就非常好！到了房間發現視野效果很好，還送了銀耳湯跟水果，讓我感覺賺到了[偷笑]雖然人很多，但是並不影響品質，早餐豐盛，東西少了也能立馬就能夠添加，總體來説老牌酒店做到這樣屬實用心

被酒店的服務態度所折服[👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍超級好！非常之熱情！看我帶着孩子來，細心地照顧，還能照顧到小朋友的情緒，開了一夜車，説明瞭一下情況，馬上給我安排早餐去用，詳細介紹了附近好吃的，好玩的，推薦了不少，非常之用心，房間住的很是舒服，床上乾淨柔軟，出去左邊就是個公園，非常適合散步[轉圈]

休息的非常好的一家酒店，住的期間正好他們接了一個團隊，本來還很擔心晚上會睡不好，結果卻很安靜，證明隔音效果還是可以的。前台態度好，笑容親切，房間是改造過的新房間，住的很舒適，退房時趕上天氣降温，還提醒了我要多穿衣服，很貼心
