首先，對於當時訂的是豪華房，想着清靜一點比較好，但是當我們去的時候結果被告知已經被全部定訂出去可以給我們升級房型，同時也告知了我們升級的房型會有一點小吵也是能接受的，晚上會送水果，早上有早餐。其次，就是唯一不滿意的點就是插座有一點松充電費勁（當時看房型的時候沒發現，未告知），對於整體來説，服務態度以及處理結果都挺滿意的所以五星
