服務：酒店員工服務很好，但是酒店本身有問題，第一次遇到攜程上説可以免費升房，但是衹要下訂單，酒店就直接拒絕了升級服務，明明有空房也不提供這項服務，這就有點過了。建議不想升房，就不要寫這一條。
