Fourteen at Mullet Bay

This was a great alternative to a hotel for 2 couples. We stayed for 1 week in 1803 - it was fully equipped everything we needed plus a welcome basket of snacks, including some soda & beer! It had a fabulous view, beautiful pool with decent bar/restaurant. Great location - easy walk (or catch golf cart from ****** next door) to Mullet Bay beach. Food market, several restaurants, ****** nearby. Appreciated that security deposit was promptly returned, too.

The location to a beautiful beach was amazing. Easy check in and out, clean, kitchen was well appointed. Would have loved a balcony but the view of the ocean was nice. It would have been really lovely to have had a dinner restaurant on the property but we found others within a short drive. Overall, we’d recommend this location.

Fourteen At Mullet Bay is amazing. From start to finish Jovan provided excellent customer service. The ROOM has an awesome view,clean,kitchen,modern & convenient elevator. The BEACH is a 3 minute walk away. The POOL is quiet,clean and comfortable. The GYM has everything you need. The GOLF course is right next door. The Grocery store is a 5 minute walk away. The SECURITY is great.

I traveled with a group of (4) and we all agreed this complex was the best choice! There is nearby dinning/ bars you can check out (it’s 5 minutes away) walking distance. You can literally see the entire Dutch side of the island from the balcony! The views are to die for! The condos are equip with refresher drinks, snacks, and beach essentials. It’s a safe neighborhood. About 15 minutes away (the longest) from all activities. You can’t miss out!

Overall the stay was ok. It’s not like a condo, it’s more like a resort with the benefit of a kitchen and laundry machine but without the benefit of things like extra towels (there were 2 of each), and coffee (we were told the front desk will only give you laundry detergent pods and coffee pods, although when we asked if we could get coffee we were told to go to the market. We did not ask about extra toilet paper in fairness but there was only a roll and a half for a 7 day stay). The building is stunning, the pool is gorgeous, the little restaurant is convenient and the proximity to Mullet Bay was a big plus. While the beach and market were walkable, you really do need a car to go anywhere else. For example, while close, Maho (where a lot of restaurants and bars are) is not in easy walking distance and is much safer to drive to. The unit was beautiful and well appointed but the TV in the living room wasn’t really usable (unless you wanted to login to your own streaming services) and the one in the bedroom wasn’t even plugged in. There are other things that are less than practical about the units, though not a total deal breaker. For example there’s no sprayer and hose for the kitchen sink and the shower is small and open in the back so water gets all over the floor. The balcony in the unit we stayed in had an absolutely gorgeous view but there was no deck furniture so you had to stand to enjoy it and couldn’t go out there to sit and have coffee or a meal.

The building was modern and the apar**ent was clean. The view was beautiful overlooking the golf course and the Mullet Bay Beach. There was no microwave, no can opener and very little in the way of food preparation. Three small pots and a frying pan. You could not watch the TV in the living room as the drapes were sheer and the sunshine flooded the room. The last day of our stay the WIFI and TV did not work. After reporting it to the concierge by phone recording there was no follow-up. Our flight was cancelled and we made arrangements to stay another day however no one told housekeeping and they showed up the day of the original checkout as well as 9:30 the day of the extended checkout. We were very disappointed in the lack of response to our issues.

Amazing property, great location, friendly staff. Fourteen is in a prime location minutes from Mullet Bay, one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. You’re minutes away from phenomenal food and nightlife. The building is brand new, and while amenities are somewhat sp**** (2oz bottle of shampoo for your stay, 2 bath and 2 beach towels) the front desk was more than happy to assist. If I were to do it again I’d bring extra towels and towel clips to dry my clothes/beach towels on the wrap around balcony. Seriously this balcony was something else. Would go back just to sit on there and watch the sunset. The pool is beautiful and there’s a little cafe to get snacks and drinks from and there’s a full parking lot for your car rental. 10/10 would come here again. Melanie the concierge was wonderful and assisted us with booking various day trips, massages and reservations for dinner. Fourteen is lucky to have her! We were sad to leave but will be back!

The property is very well located, and its facilities are in good condition. I didn't like that there are no bars or restaurants. And the pool has green algae on the walls.

Staff was great with making our trip very memorable. Concierge helped us set up dinner reservations and a private boat tour.
