My wife and I stayed at this gem of a place 31st July -2nd August in the Deluxe King Room ( room 2 on the 1st floor ). The room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The shower was excellent as was the tv. Personally I found the bed to be a bit hard but my wife found it very comfortable. It is probably down to me having a sore hip on the side I lay on. You can see the sea from room too. The promenade is only two streets away. The hosts were very friendly and nothing was too much for them. The breakfast was definitely 5 star :~). The incredients were top notch especially the sausage and bacon. The dining room again is beautifully decorated. Lowestoft is within easy walking distance but it is worth considering walking towards Pakefield for meals. where there are three pubs and probably nearer than Lowestoft. Our stay at The Corner House couldn't have been better. Thank you.

Amazing find after staying in Lowestoft for many years on business . The rooms are clean well kept and decorated beautifully. Breakfast was the best I’ve had in a very long time absolutely spot on 10/10 . This will be our first choice in our next visit here . Thanks guys

Lovely stay. Couldn't fault anything. Room lovely , bed so comfy. Breakfast great. Central to lots of amemnities. Very close to the beach. Hosts were chatty and friendly. ( Sorry I forgot the names) Highly recommend. You won't be disappointed

Perfect bolt hole for touring this area. Accomodation is superb and bed providing best weeks sleep for a long time. Breakfast sets you up for the day. Mark and Derek are great hosts and always on hand for advice. Very reasonably priced also. Really good for walking and close to public buses and train. Many thanks to you both for a great week 3rd time here but sure we will return

Another superb stay at The Corner House. This is a very comfortable, well decorated, pleasantly furnished bnb serving excellent breakfasts with close proximity to Kirkley and South Lowestoft beach. Derek and Mark are marvellous hosts.

I think it’s the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed. Lovely decorated rooms with everything you need, even a smart TV in the room with all apps working. Wi-Fi worked well, exceptional breakfast, plenty of parking on the road. Mark and Derek were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely return here.

We love this stylish and comfortable b&b and always look for availability, as this is our preferred choice, when planning a visit to Lowestoft to visit family. The rooms are beautifully decorated, very clean with Egyptian Cotton sheets on the beds and everything that you need is provided. The breakfast is excellent with its own speciality of East Coast Toast, which I highly recommend. Mark and Derek are brilliant hosts with nothing too much trouble including very late checkins.

One of the most perfect guest houses we have ever stayed in. Spotlessly clean and recently decorated. Attentive hosts who really look after you and who know the neighbourhood, so can recommend good places to eat. The breakfast menu (and the quality of the cooking and food) was out of this world.

Stayed here with my daughter as part of an Equestrian Escapes holiday over half term. Mark and Derek are lovely, welcoming hosts and the Corner House is immaculate, modern, comfortable and clean. Breakfasts were huge, tasty, great choices and sometimes accompanied by the ever so cute, well behaved Archie. Definitely recommend and we will return.
