My first thought when I arrived was, oh dear where the devil have I chosen to stay, as the entrance is very welcoming. Well you get what you pay for, and yes it wasn't overly expensive. I entered the reception through the door in which the glass was shattered, and a rusty table with a full ash tray was. The young man on reception was very polite and friendly, although his English wasn't great. He gave me my door card and pointed the way to the room. All I will say is please look at the photos that I have attached and make your own opinion. I assure you the room is nothing like the online photos. Completely broken blinds, windows with black mould/gunge, carpet filthy, bathroom floor curling up completely around edges, grease and dirty around sink and oven, microwave full of rust!! I understand some rooms have been upgraded but this one wasn't. I was booked in for 6 nights, but on the second evening of listening to noises in the room (not a clue what they were from, but was a lot of scurrying) and getting bitten badly by bedbugs, I booked alternative accommodation for the rest of my stay (4 nights) and left very early the next day. The hotel is not interested. I did speak to the young man on the desk and he did come to look at the room, but just smiled and said "yes I see"! Room 10 - "Apartment" (Not an apartment)

Horrendous, unclean and worst night sleep I've had. I stay in a lot of places for work, and this was by far the worst, the bathroom was covered in mold, the shower curtain was it's own ecosystem at this point. I was given two single beds in a room next to the hotel entrance, one was so uncomfortable I can still feel the lumps after leaving, the other stank of piss like someone had been using it as a toilet. With it being right next to the entrance the light for the entrance always being on makes sense want people to find it OK. But it shines all night into the room with the broken blinds??? As well as just a dingy run down vibe, unreliable Internet service. I decided to skip the complimentary breakfast there was no way I'm eating in a place that doesn't even change out the shower curtains

Far from what's been advertised! "Manager" ( at least claims to be one) was too kind when we arrived. That's already a red flag! Asked us for booking confirmation email that contains PIN number and ref number. He took a photo of that! Please bear in mind that PIN must not be shared as it can be used to change reservation, add or remove feedback or even request personal data! Room was superficially clean (hoovered carpet, no dust on desk etc.) but loads of satins and marks on the walls, floor, rust and holes in bath tub, black mould in bathroom, dirt on bin, missing one towel and missing one duvet cover, huge draft through the window (you could literally feel wind getting through it), mould around windows, cobwebs on the wall, stains on bed sheet and so on. This place should never been rented out in this condition! Photos speak out for themselves ...

Avoid this place at all costs. It is full of migrants when I arrived the police with everywhere they fight amongst themselves all the time. The place is heavily full of security Polish very rude and abrupt and threatening looking. this place used to be great at one time, but now I wouldn’t put a rat in there.

Awful. Arrived late afternoon on a Saturday, first impressions were a front door with broken glass followed by a greeting from a surly man wearing a T-Shirt and flip-flops. Hardly endearing. Room was a decent size, bunk beds for the kids and a queen-sized double for my partner and I with facilities of tv, kettle, hairdryer & a mini fridge. Cleanliness wasn’t the best. There was dust everywhere, the floor was sticky, beard shavings in the sink, hair in the bath, cobwebs and the duvet was stained underneath its cover. We didn’t stay for breakfast, but it appeared to be a coffee machine and a tub of cornflakes. The place serves its purpose as a bed for night, but that’s about it. I won’t be returning.

We booked a family sized room for 5 people, for one night before a holiday so we’d be close to the airport. When we arrived, the staff were nice and welcoming, and checked us in quickly. When we got to our room, there were only 4 beds. The staff member said they were going through changes and there were no 5 bed rooms available in the hotel. He brought us a folding camp bed which wasn’t great (see photos) but he did the best he could in the circumstances. I booked this hotel specifically because it could fit us all into one room, rather than split our children up the night before our holiday. As the room wasn’t what was advertised I wouldn’t stay here again.
