Ah, the holidays—the perfect time for relatives to visit, share some joy, and occasionally decide they’d rather bunk down at a nearby hotel instead of taking over your guest room. Lucky for us, being members of Marriott Bonvoy saved the day! Our guests stayed at TownePlace Suites Nazareth, and wow, it did not disappoint. They couldn’t stop raving about the quality of the place and how friendly the staff were. It was a hit! P.S. While waiting in the lobby, I witnessed something you’d expect more in a sitcom than real life—a guest was harassing the hotel manager over what can only be described as a ridiculous complaint. To her credit, the manager stayed cool as a cucumber, despite being on the receiving end of what felt like a one-person comedy sketch, minus the laughs. Now, let’s talk about pools. Here’s a fun fact: hotels are legally required to keep their pools sparkling clean and chemically balanced according to health codes (yes, it’s more science than magic). But guess what? If a guest decides to throw the pool’s delicate balance out of whack by, let’s say, doing something… unusual (I’ll let your imagination fill in the blanks), the hotel has to shut it down. It’s not optional, folks! Resetting pool chemistry isn’t like waving a magic wand and saying, "Hocus poolcus." It can take days, sometimes weeks, to fix! So when a guest, possibly the very one who caused the issue, starts demanding the pool be reopened immediately, well… let’s just say they’re asking for a miracle in the wrong department. In short: Kudos to the staff at TownePlace Suites for handling both guests and pools with professionalism and patience—two things that are clearly harder to maintain than a perfectly balanced pool.
