A nostalgic hotel in the style of 60/70 years. Within the center. The associated parking space is located between two streets in the courtyard. I just find it great :))) and hope the hotel manager knows what she has for a treasure and also appreciates it. And I hope there is nothing to modernize! Modern we have enough, but this here, That has style ... I would like to thank the former owner for so much effort to put something like this on his feet, but unfortunately she doesn't live anymore. It's nice that there are people with so much sympathy and respect for the past. I would like to thank you at this point at the kitchen fee, which has enchanted us every morning a fantastic breakfast, including a small, Italian. Also the coffee was perfect. If again Aschaffenburg, then just here! :)

Wir haben das Hotel mit Freunden über Pfingsten gebucht. Es ist ein sehr modernes und schönes Hotel. Die Parkplätze sind etwas eng und der Autoaufzug war ein Highlight. Unser Komfort-Zimmer haben wir uns etwas größer vorgestellt. Die morgendliche Sonne konnten wir auf dem Balkon gut genießen. Das Bad war okay, könnte aber in einigen Ecken etwas sauberer sein. Das Frühstück war absolut top. Eine riesige Auswahl und liebevolle Details haben überzeugt. An den Wochenenden kann es mit den Plätzen schonmal eng werden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.... manchmal sehr redselig. Insgesamt haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

The hotel is good for the transit. It is just along the highway and there is a restaurant and shop where you get 25% discount with hotel passport. Rooms were clean, beds were fine, bathroom modern. However, communication with staff can be better and friendly. We were in a miscommunication about check-out time, we asked the day of arrival how late we had to check-out, and the receptionist said it doesn't matter when we want to leave. We were a little surprised, but we thought it might be because many travelers arrived just at the end of the day and it was quiet. The next morning at 09.45 our room was opened unannounced by the cleaner with the announcement that we should check out for 10.00 hour. Then asked at reception where it was said that we should check out for 12.00 hour. Unclear thing!

We stayed 5 nights here - visiting Wurtzburg for a wedding. I booked it originally because it had a pool ( a must have when travelling with an 11 year old!) The hotel completely exceeded my expectations. The receptionists were friendly and helpful at all times. All the staff were friendly. The room was spacious and clean. And the breakfasts were a delight - not just the range of food and helpful staff but the view of the castle and the sunny terrace. The pool was a decent size - changing rooms were very good…fresh flowers there a nice touch, My husband and I were delighted with this charming hotel. My son said his favourite part of our stay in wonderful Wurtzburg were ‘the breakfasts’ and ‘the pool’ !

The best affordable hotel experience in Germany. Clean and tidy, good service, the room is big, and there is almost no noise when living opposite the elevator. The capsule coffee machine was also clean, and water and coffee were provided.

Very large hotel complex with huge indoor pool. Rooms are extremely overheated (seems common in Germany) but ours thankfully had giant sliding door onto a balcony so we could cool things down. Very clean, large room, comfortable bed with non-feather pillows (yay). No toiletries provided except all-in-one squeezy bottle of shampoo/body wash, again seems common in Germany but no conditioner makes hair terrible! Breakfast was included with our room, a very extensive buffet selection including omelettes made to order. Swimming pool was amazing! Apparently there’s 2 different pool areas with different water temperatures- we chose to use the 30deg pool area which has grottos, spas, saunas, a bar and an outside part where it was refreshing to have your head & arms out in 7deg cold & the rest of you in the warm 30deg water! Perfect location to walk to the many wonderful shops & restaurants of the main tourist area.

We liked this simply furnished hotel. Everything was clean and fresh. The breakfast was excellent. There was secure storage for bikes. There is a restaurant for evening meals ( complete with a robot waiter!!). However I do not have a large appetite and the pasta with chanterelle mushrooms was vast! Perhaps it may be possible to ask for a small portion.

GGuest UserWe spent 2 nights in one of the upgraded double rooms. Upon check in we were promptly greeted by a woman who spoke perfect English, she has been married to an American for 50 years after all. She directed us around to the parking where we could store our bikes.
Upstairs we found our room to be clean, well appointed, and spacious. We really liked having the small refrigerator in the room but sure would have loved a small microwave as well. The bed was comfortable, we had a sofa and a chair (a second chair would be nice), the shower roomy and hot.
The hotel location was perfect, almost next door to the central plaza and within easy walking distance to grocery stores, the train station, and the historical sites.
We did not try the breakfast so can't comment on that. Our only complaint was that the air conditioner was a bit too small for the room. The room faced the west side and it got quite warm in the afternoon. We put the A/C temperature at 18 but the room never got below 24 and the fan was tepid at best.
Otherwise it was a fine room for a 2 night stay

Everything about the hotel was just superb - but above all the staff were just exceptional; friendly, welcoming and always helpful - whether we were requesting extra pillows, or asking if we could get our boarding passes printed for our flight home, they were happy to take care of everything, and they did it with a smile. The hotel should be very proud of their team. Our room was really comfortable; the bathroom was spotless - just like the rest of the hotel, and on the evenings when we ate in the restaurant we were really impressed; regional specialities and fish dishes were all excellent. That same consistently high standard was maintained every morning at breakfast. The gardens really enhance the hotel - and the location means that it is easy to reach - we arrived less than an hour after leaving Frankfurt Airport, and we really enjoyed our visits to Wurzburg, Aschaffenburg, Marktheidenfeld, Miltenberg, and Wertheim. We hope we will be able to return to the Brunnenhof - and in the meantime we have wonderful memories of a special weekend!

Our room #24 had a nice balcony overlooking a large green and lush garden area . Each room has a really pretty Snow White motif mural over the bed , The room had multiple windows as well as great lighting available at night . Bed very comfortable. Great shower and very clean bathroom. Fan in each room if needed for hot days. Very close (300m.) to city center and multiple restaurants and shoppes . Super breakfast with made to order eggs and multiple food choices . Elevator for upper floors .

HHappy KidVery nice hotel, the family room is very large, and there is also free parking for the car. Breakfast is 8.50 euros/person for adults and 3 euros/person for children. There are also drinks vending machines downstairs. There are also two gas stations nearby. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the downtown area!

WWeHa98This hotel is in a great location. Walking distance to the old part of town so lots of cafes, restaurants and shops around, also the beautiful church, the Palace and the park. All areas of the hotel I saw were spotlessly clean. My room was very spacious, and the bed was firm but comfortable. The bathroom was well equipped and I really liked that it had a bathtub. The decor itself in the hotel looks to be from the 90's and there is no sign of any updates having been made - so it's somewhat outdated but for me the cleanliness is much more important than stainless steel and stone everywhere. The breakfast was really yummy and the chef makes awesome scrambled eggs. One problem I had was the English (I don't speak German) channels on the TV were not working for the entire 5 nights I was there - luckily I could get onto my Netflix on my laptop! The staff were very friendly and apologetic about the tv, but I've only rated it average for service due to being told the TV had been out of order for the entire week before and they had not actively had it fixed.

Well, one hostel had to be worst of my trip. I just wish it hadn't been quite SO bad. I could talk about their deceptive business practices. I could talk about the horrendous customer service. I could talk about the outrageous price. Instead I'll just say this. How on earth does a hostel only open their reception between 6pm and 8pm? You literally have two hours where you're allowed to check-in. Your train arrives at 4? Tough luck, gotta wait. Had a delay and arrived 8:30? Thanks for your money, but you ain't sleeping here. They don't even have a phone number in case any of their current guests have a problem. Lost your key or someone stole your wallet in the middle of the night? Good luck finding a bench to sleep on. They say it's because of covid, but covid exists in all of Europe. Are all the other hostels in Europe also closing at 8? Right, didn't think so. The reality is that this is because the manager is a cheapskate with zero regard for their guests.

Great attention is paid to cleanliness and protection from Covid. Staff provided clear instructions about the hotel, free WiFi, etc. The walk from the Hauptbahnhof was about 10 minutes but in a straight line, and it was very easy to walk from the hotel to historic sights, the city market place, and restaurants. A lovely, first stay in Würzburg. The woman who ran the registration desk and supervised the breakfast room was so gracious--a beautiful experience!

GGuest UserDas Hotel liegt sehr zentral in Bad Orb. Der Empfang ist sehr freundlich, die Formalitäten schnell erledigt. Nachdem ich das Zimmer bezogen habe, kann ich mein Auto auf dem kostenlosen Parkplatz parken. Mein Zimmer (Nr. 318) ist für ein drei Sterne Hotel sehr gut ausgestattet. Espressomaschine, Kühlschrank (leer, zur freien Verfügung), ein ordentlicher Schreibtisch, schnelles und kostenloses WLAN, stehen dem Gast zur Verfügung. Staufläche ist ebenfalls mehr als üblich vorhanden. Das Zimmer ist auch größer, als Zimmer in dieser Hotelkategorie. Mein Zimmer liegt nicht an der Hauptstraße, ist dementsprechend ruhig. Das Bad ist sehr hochwertig ausgestattet und lässt auch, z.B. was Ablagemöglichkeiten angeht, keine Wünsche offen. Ich habe mich hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück ist inklusive und ausreichend.
