The best bed and breakfast experience we’ve ever had! We met our daughter and son-in-law there for a few days of exploring the area and we all agreed the hosts, Sarah and Caleb, ensured the meals were gourmet level while meeting all dietary restrictions and the rooms were comfortable and inviting. The historic house and the vineyards in the mountains were scenic and a comfortable place to relax. The wine produced from their vineyards was also great. Will definitely return!

Sarah and Caleb were excellent hosts! The room was clean, the breakfast was delicious and they even offered transportation to a nearby winery for dinner. The property is well maintained and the front porch offers excellent views and cozy atmosphere to relax. Highly recommend!

The only reason I gave a 5-star rating is that I couldn't give 6! Beautiful house and property, comfy beds, great breakfast and delightful host! Sarah was available at breakfast and we had a wonderful chat. For my wife and me, Orchard House is a "must return"!

The Orchard house was amazing! Every detail was well thought out. The owners went above and beyond to meet every request and need for our stay. Quiet, comfortable, clean, friendly and welcoming. Do yourself a favor and book a room and enjoy the experience.

Absolutely fabulous! We found ourselves in Lovingston on a Saturday night with nowhere to stay. The wonderful hosts accommodated us on practically no notice. The already lovely house is being refurbished by the new owners and breakfast alone is reason enough to visit! Delightful hosts, clean and comfortable rooms. We'll be going back.

Sarah is an amazing hostess and breakfast chef! Her farm and home are gorgeous with Mountain Views. Sarah was helpful in telling me about area attractions and places to visit. Our room was beautiful and I had the best night rest I had in a very long time. We truly enjoyed our stay and plan on going back!

What a lovely place! A beautiful historic farmhouse converted into a cozy, comfortable B and B where the host, Sarah makes you feel like family. We were spoilt with delicious home-cooked gourmet breakfasts which differed daily. The location is beautiful with vineyard, tree, and mountain views from the fire pit, and you feel like you are in the country while still conveniently close to shops and restaurants. We heartily recommend it!

This place is sooooo charming and the breakfast was to die for! You really can’t beat it! My husband and I took our coffee and sat out on the porch every morning, overlooking the grounds as the sun was coming up through the trees and it was so calming and relaxing!! As a side note, I love to renovate our home so I chatted with Sarah (the gal who runs it now) about how she and her husband Caleb have plans to renovate each of the existing rooms - one by one - and they were already working on the first one and it was looking sooooo beautiful! It made me even more excited to book a trip to come back and see what they’ve done! If you’re coming through Lovingston or looking for a nice little getaway, look no further! We loved our stay here!!
