SureStay Hotel by Best Western Lovelock

We had to rent two separate rooms in different hotels because the town was fully booked for the dates of my travel, but the staff was very friendly and helpful. I asked for an early check-in as we had checked out of other room at another hotel and needed a place to stay. The gentleman (I can't remember his name) attempted to find a room available for me, but the supervisor blocked his attempt. No big deal, we just hung around the ****** until check-in time. (The ****** sucks though!) I still give a good review because the general staff was very polite and professional, the room was clean, and the price was decent. The room did smell a little weird, but I assume it's because it is an old building. No complaints! Would definitely stay here again.

This property was very nice and quiet . The staff was very friendly and helpful. The places was very clean and comfortable. We would stay there again.

Check-in was fast. Very friendly young man. Room was good except the fridge wasn’t working.

Very clean and comfortable! Staff friendly. Unfortunately , the television does not work and they say they can’t do anything to fix it.

Very helpful staff, great food at the restaurant. I had a minor issue with plumbing which got fixed within minutes.

Counter staff was extremely businesslike, a.k.a. unhappy, doing her job. would’ve been nice to describe about where my room was in a big U-shaped building. Heard a huge rumble inside my room - Four or five rooms from the back of the building, as I was getting settled, and had to look, and worked out that the rail line, with one of Nevada’s epically-long trains was going by - about 100 feet away. However, to my surprise, I never heard another one overnight. Biggest disappointment was total absence of Wi-Fi. It seems to connect to the network quickly, but the network is not connected to the Internet. Otherwise room was clean and pleasant and the heating worked perfectly for my midwinter stay.

Nice spacious room. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Could use extra blanket. Only issue is all outer doors squeak loudly, so every time a neighbor opened their door, it sounded like my door being opened. Sort of disturbing.

Only place that allowed dogs in the city. Good price. No issues with anything during my overnight stay.

Was first checked into a room that had not been cleaned. Next room had non working TV.
