The location is very good. You can find free parking on the roadside nearby or a free parking lot a few hundred meters away. It is very close to the beach and very quiet. The service attitude at the front desk is also very good.

Air conditioners take a year until they start cooling. We were in room 101
Because we came at 23:00 apparently we got the most screwed up and last room

The rooms are renovated and modern style decorated. The beds and the mattresses are very comfortable. Well equipped with all the available amenities. The ladies on the reception are very helpful and pleasant, they responded to our request

Dave by the beach is a pretty new hotel in downtown Loutraki. Location is excellent - 1 block (2 min) walk to the beach. Plenty of bars and restaurants in vicinity, as well grocery stores. Rooms are new, modern and spacious. Very comfy beds, TV, AC, coffee kettle, refrigerator and modern bathroom. Pet friendly. Our room was on the top floor with huge terrace with great views all around. However, there's no cover, no umbrella so in the day heat it's unusable. Parking is a big issue in peak season. It's almost impossible to find around the hotel, some 500 met there's a public parking if you're lucky to find space there. Breakfast seemed pricey so we didn't have it and I cannot comment it.

Very clean beautiful and spacious rooms. We had a partial sea view from balcony which was great. Very comfortable clean beds with extra pillow which were also fluffy. Loved the service, staff very friendly and helpful. Complimentary water coffee, tea sugar milk in the room. Very close to the promenade which is hosts a number of lovely restaurants.

Hotel very well located in Loutraki, spacious and modern room, good service. Breakfast is taken in the tavern opposite and is just ok. All the bars and restaurants are nearby, the only difficulty may be parking depending on the season, but ultimately you can find places a few streets away without too much difficulty. The hotel has a very nice roof top, probably more for spring and autumn, as it is so hot in summer.

We took a suite and the room was really nice with a large terrace with hammock. The hotel is central but very well soundproofed and the bedding is excellent. The welcome was perfect. There is no parking but we found a free space very easily.

Hotel very well located, 50 m from the beach and the city center. We stayed there for 1 night and it was perfect. The bedding is fantastic and the decor is top notch. A very pleasant terrace. The welcome is very pleasant. PS: Be careful of the stairs at the entrance and parking is a bit difficult.
