I had my marriage here and I couldn't have chosen a better place. All the staff was very helpful during the marriage and our stay, they also provided a great service for both my families which came from both Spain and Italy. Everybody was satisfied with the dinner and the overall conditions of the resort. The organizer was fantastic, from the start until the very end, always available whenever we needed or had any questions, always one step ahead to grant that everything made our day very special. I highly recommend since my experience was a dream come true, thank you so much Noiva do Mar and all the staff.

Not 4 star
This complex was 4 star but has not been kept up together. All okay, but: shower did not work, bath whirlpool did not work, no bath towels and WC seat plastic going yellow. Wanted to charge for the use of the indoor pool. Looks a lot better on the pictures than it is. Pity really as could be great

Excelente experiência, gostámos imenso do apartamento que nos foi atribuído. Tinha banheira de hidromassagem e ainda fomos presenteados com alguns miminhos por termos ido na época do dia dos namorados. Staff super atencioso e prestável, ainda tiveram o cuidado de nos oferecer duas bebidas, deixo um especial agradecimento à Sra. Joana. Spa muito simpático. Recomendaria apenas que repensassem no percurso ida e volta para o spa, porque uma vez que não disponibilizam robes, as diferenças de temperatura a que somos expostos são demasiado abruptas, visto o circuito ser feito pelo exterior.

A receção foi boa, o staff muito eficiente, simpático e sempre disponível, contudo a informação não foi completa logo no check in. Podem disponibilizar a mesma em formato digital ou no quarto para que o cliente esteja a par dos procedimentos. Lamentavelmente, não foi possível usufruir do ginásio, zona de spa por estarem encerrados. Mas excelente ambiente, tranquilo. A voltar talvez (dar o bonifico da duvida)!

O empreendimento está desesperadamente a necessitar de renovação. A primeira vez que abrimos a janela da cozinha partiu o puxador que estava completamente enferrujado. Informamos na recepção disseram que iriam tratar disso nos 5 dias que lá estivemos ninguém veio ninguém disse nada. Ficou a tempo todo a janela aberta. A pintura das paredes está a cair. O chuveiro só funciona numa das casas de banho e um deles está em estado deplorável. (Ver fotos) O ar condicionado e só para decoração liga e supostamente está a funcionar mas não se passa absolutamente nada. As caixas do ar condicionado no exterior estão pobres e a cair com ferrugem. Troca de toalhas ou limpeza não existiu nos 5 dias que lá estivemos. Recepção só estava lá alguém de vez em quando. Restaurante está fechado ou abre esporadicamente. WiFi como já muitos disseram não funciona. As casas de banho cheias de mofo ( ver fotos). Já tínhamos estado na propriedade há cerca de 5 anos e não estava assim. Da a idea que ninguém quer saber.. não e de forma alguma um 4* de momento e sinceramente não sei sequer como ainda tem licença para estar aberto consoante o estado de algumas coisas

Banheira remendada, luzes que não acendiam, televisão com pontos brancos, secadores avariados, tomada por cima da banheira sem protecção, buraco na parede no quarto por detrás da mesa de cabeceira. O aparelho de ar condicionado estava todo ferrugento. Enviamos email ao qual nunca se deram ao trabalho de responder.
