Staff were exceptional, very friendly and helpful, I asked for a sellotape around midnight to use for my packing, staff went beyond just to accommodate me. Also good to mention, I was surprised when two lovely staff told me upon checking in that my booking comes with a breakfast, I thought they just made a mistake and so I clarified that I didn’t include breakfast as I will be spending most of my time outside and I had an early flight to Paris, but they insisted and went over the top by saying ‘they can make a sandwich or pack a light breakfast with fruits for me’, amazing and superb service, indeed. Great location, near the Cathedral, shops, and restaurants. Everything was perfect, I would definitely come back and recommend."

"The Hotel is close to sanctuary, just go straight (less than 5 minutes) and you’ll see the sanctuary. Their breakfast is really good, they put our name on the table nicely. The reception is very nice and helpful. Definitely will going back to this hotel! 😊☺️"

"The hotel is really near the station so it's really eazy for people who visited Lourdes for the first time. You just need to cross the street. The interiors look really nice and the staff are friendly. The room is also nice and big enough. It also near the Sanctuary, you only need to walk a couple of minutes.
