"The room was spacious and bright, the kitchen was very clean, the appliances were complete, the housekeeper was very enthusiastic, patiently explained to us, and helped us call a car, and handled late check-out."
"The hotel was quiet and the staff was very friendly. However, it was located a little far from downtown Lourdes, so it was inconvenient to return after an evening pilgrimage, and the breakfast was average."
"Very welcoming, cozy, and beautiful with a view of a river from my room. Staff were exceptional, very friendly and helpful, I asked for a sellotape around midnight to use for my packing, staff went beyond just to accommodate me. Also good to mention, I was surprised when two lovely staff told me upon checking in that my booking comes with a breakfast, I thought they just made a mistake and so I clarified that I didn’t include breakfast as I will be spending most of my time outside and I had an early flight to Paris, but they insisted and went over the top by saying ‘they can make a sandwich or pack a light breakfast with fruits for me’, amazing and superb service, indeed.
Great location, near the Cathedral, shops, and restaurants. Everything was perfect, I would definitely come back and recommend."
"The Hotel is close to sanctuary, just go straight (less than 5 minutes) and you’ll see the sanctuary. Their breakfast is really good, they put our name on the table nicely. The reception is very nice and helpful. Definitely will going back to this hotel! 😊☺️"
"The service was flexible and the location was convenient. The station and restaurants were close by, so it was a comfortable stay. I also liked being able to order coffee at the counter."
"Located close to the grotto and basilika, 5 minutes walk from hotel. The room was clean and bright. The staffs area very helpful. Recommended hotel if you want to stay in Lourdes"
"The hotel is really near the station so it's really eazy for people who visited Lourdes for the first time. You just need to cross the street. The interiors look really nice and the staff are friendly. The room is also nice and big enough. It also near the Sanctuary, you only need to walk a couple of minutes. Our experience has been great, thankyou so much Best Western!!"

Very Good
DDungeonLourdes is a short trip from Paris for one night. It was close to both churches and a location where you can enjoy even one night. Also, the room and site were larger than the hotel in Paris, and I wanted to stay slowly for another night depending on the train time.
GGuest UserIt was far from the station, but it was very close to the Rosario Basilica Cathedral and convenient.
The staff were also good.
The room was clean. The bathroom was new and beautiful and I was happy to have a bathtub.
i recommend it.
EEdigonzaloThe hotel is well-located, just a 7-minute walk from the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes, offering stunning views if you choose a room with a river view. The breakfast is delicious and really nice. However, it's important to note that the hotel has an old decoration, reminiscent of 40 years ago, and is not well-maintained; it lacks soundproofing. If we didn't get a room with a view to the river, my experience could be worse. Considering these factors, I'm not planning to stay in this hotel again.
MmaiThe reception service was prompt answering enquiries prior to chevk in inspite of shorter time of operation.
The facade of the building is half run down and half little bit maintained.
The reception is nicely maintained in terms of the presentation; the floor is sticky though. Although, when we had our breakfast they were mopping the floor.
Breakfast is decent price, nothing fancy but your typical French bread, cheese, charcuterie.
Room floor is sticky. Toilet/Shower is clean but shirting has signs of neglect. A little bit dusty.
Bed is clean and so is the kitchen.
Place location is 11min walk to the lourdes site.
Thus this place is acceptable for a day or two accommodation.
GGuest UserOutst!.anding experience in Lourdes - relates to very first day - my daughter & self walking towards sanctuary, and really looking forward to so much. I volunteer each year , but my daughter was never there before & at her suggestion we stayed in Ibis. Was v pleased with location for starters and we could go down steps & towards Grotto. However suddenly lady tapped me on shoulder to warn me that my bag open - back pack which I bought for trip. Immediately I knew - I would never leave a back pack open/ Panic set in quickly & I found all my walled, bank cards & mobile phone - so my good sense left me too & I just turned around and back to IBis. Up in my room I did not have a phone , but was too upset & just knew straight to police. With that - knock on door. It was Christophe from reception. He had got a call from a shop - St Joseph's under bridge entering San Michelle gates. My little holder with all my bank cards, details, my mobile, any cash also. So we quickly rushed down there to be handed my wallet & phone. They were such a sweet couple. Cash was taken but thank Our Lady the cards remained. I could not say enough about Christophe & Nathalie. They really cared & I did not need police. So I could only say IBIS staff were wonderful. People is the reason for going back to Lourdes and the bad ones drive everyone away. So I am voting for your staff on that account
SSidonie IMBERTEverything is good, the staff is helpful and welcoming. The rooms are clean and the bedding comfortable. The hotel is located near the shrine. From the hotel, there are several possible walking access points to reach the shrine.
For your information, the rooms with 1 single bed are all located at the back of the building; none overlook the city, contrary to what you might see on the website when booking...
GGuest Userwonderful! very near at the basilica & train station.. the host is very kind and accomodation! a must place to stay! food- great too! we took the half board..
GGuest UserVery pleasant hotel and good price quality
The hostess was very pleasant and sympathetic she has very well advised us for the various services and activities around our lady of heavy
Breakfast was summer but perfect for the price
We were 3 and the room apartment was very spacious I strongly recommend the place and thank the hostess of the host
GGuest UserWe just wanted a place to sleep and store our bags while we participate in the activities of the grotto. So it was just the right place for us.
Please just hire a receptionist who can understand English because there was confusion as to the booking because the male receptionist can't understand English and we can't speak French.
