I have been going with military tour for 15 years .without any doubt this hotel experience was the best .food was amazing staff so friendly especially bar staff .the whole experience was one of the most beautiful and relaxing days I have ever had in lourdes. We will definitely be there again .as they thick all the boxes .thank you to mary in reception and all reception staff .guys this is the place to stay .I was with civil defence ireland and all the group said the same

We went to eat at the restaurant but had not made a reservation. My 3 year old was busting to go to the toilet and the woman refused to let him use the bathroom. Very unfrench and extremely mean to a small child in desperate need. These people are not nice people, avoid this place. Nous sommes allés manger au restaurant mais n'avions pas fait de réservation pour le restaurant. Mon enfant de 3 ans était pressé d'aller aux toilettes et la femme a refusé de le laisser utiliser la salle de bain. Très peu français et extrêmement méchant avec un petit enfant désespérément dans le besoin. Ces gens ne sont pas gentils, évitez cet endroit.

We have been in this wonderful hotel since September 20th, my wife and I never imagined receiving such a cordial welcome, the staff is attentive and helpful and immediately made us feel at ease, as they also understand our language. Breakfast in the morning is international, so there is a lot of freedom of choice, lunch and dinner vary every day, and the dishes are prepared with good quality products, the service is impeccable, the waiters who serve us at the tables are very polite and helpful and scrupulously comply with the hygiene standards. The rooms offer a spectacular view of the Gava river (at least ours) and are particularly clean. The location of the Miramont hotel is ideal for quickly reaching both the Sanctuary and the sacred places where Bernadette lived. For sure, we will gladly come back and recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Lourdes

Leuke tijd beleefd in hotel Miramond. Eten was super, wij verbleven er all in ,middag eten lekker en meer dan voldoende alsook het avond eten . Bediening in het restaurant was vriendelijk en je voelde u daar zeer welkom. Drankjes aan de bar (All in )moest je wat geduld hebben de dames deden bar en receptie. Kamers wat verouderd maar bedden ,airco ok . Komen zeker hier weer terug .
