We went to eat at the restaurant but had not made a reservation. My 3 year old was busting to go to the toilet and the woman refused to let him use the bathroom. Very unfrench and extremely mean to a small child in desperate need. These people are not nice people, avoid this place. Nous sommes allés manger au restaurant mais n'avions pas fait de réservation pour le restaurant. Mon enfant de 3 ans était pressé d'aller aux toilettes et la femme a refusé de le laisser utiliser la salle de bain. Très peu français et extrêmement méchant avec un petit enfant désespérément dans le besoin. Ces gens ne sont pas gentils, évitez cet endroit.

We have been in this wonderful hotel since September 20th, my wife and I never imagined receiving such a cordial welcome, the staff is attentive and helpful and immediately made us feel at ease, as they also understand our language. Breakfast in the morning is international, so there is a lot of freedom of choice, lunch and dinner vary every day, and the dishes are prepared with good quality products, the service is impeccable, the waiters who serve us at the tables are very polite and helpful and scrupulously comply with the hygiene standards. The rooms offer a spectacular view of the Gava river (at least ours) and are particularly clean. The location of the Miramont hotel is ideal for quickly reaching both the Sanctuary and the sacred places where Bernadette lived. For sure, we will gladly come back and recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Lourdes

The hotel is in a good location - about a 10 minute walk from the shrine. The rooms are simple but functional. Very well maintained and soundproofed. There is no safe. Wifi is perfect. The food was excellent. Generous portions and lots of choice. Starter, main course and dessert. Very delicious. The staff was very helpful and friendly. All in all a good hotel especially for the price and I recommend it. Stay from May 22 to 26, 2022.

Leuke tijd beleefd in hotel Miramond. Eten was super, wij verbleven er all in ,middag eten lekker en meer dan voldoende alsook het avond eten . Bediening in het restaurant was vriendelijk en je voelde u daar zeer welkom. Drankjes aan de bar (All in )moest je wat geduld hebben de dames deden bar en receptie. Kamers wat verouderd maar bedden ,airco ok . Komen zeker hier weer terug .

Nous avons séjourné dans cet établissement 3 nuits alors que nous avions réservé pour 2 nuits tellement on y était bien! Dominique et tous les membres de son équipe se plient en quatre pour vous satisfaire. On a dîné les 3 soirs au restaurant de l’hôtel « Les petits pois sont rouges » Excellente table avec des produits locaux très frais et des menus variés et plats inventifs très bien présentés! Le petit-déjeuner est composé de produits sucrés et salés et surtout faits maison! Bravo à toute l’équipe et gardez votre sourire et votre professionnalisme! On recommande sans hésiter
