The entrees was an angel hair 🍅 tomato soup, like liston. The meal was beef stew with vegies and hash potatoes. With the exact flavor of Progresso's cans. Dessert is not worth mentioning...well it was ice-cream. your money go somewhere else.

This hotel is fine but it is not suitable for people with a disability who use a rollator, wheelchair, etc. There are 8or 10 steps to the front door. The alternative is a long ramp. The bottom is very steep, difficult when going up and dangerous when coming down. I would not stay there again.

Excellent hotel. Modern, stylish and the rooms were very comfortable. I could not speak higher of the staff. They were all polite and most helpful. The dining room staff were all excellent and the service was most attentive. First class! We sometimes would eat out but because the food was so good, we always ate in the hotel. Thank you and I hope to return next year.

First time staying in the hotel and it was excellent. Rooms, bar area and restaurant clean and nicely decorated Staff were all friendly and helpful especially the dinning room staff. Food excellent ( nice selection and good amounts ) Easy walk to and from the Domain Only negatives Could do with an extra pillow in the room ( I'm sure we could have got one if we asked ) the air-conditioning is controlled from reception rather than in the room. Will definitely stay there again Thank you

I’m a health care worker,a group of us stayed in hotel for 5 days, we had wheel chair users that my colleagues and myself had to take care of. I would not recommend this hotel.restaurant staff are very rude and not very friendly,we were made to feel it was an inconvenience to ask for tea or coffee through out the day as tea coffee was only served at breakfast time.the selection of food was very poor. I will never return to this hotel.

Beautiful hotel in Lourdes near the sanctuary, shops and restaurants. Everything is within walking distance. Hotel is very clean and has wonderful comfy beds and serves good breakfast in the mornings and wonderful meals in the evening. To get to the hotel you can either take a shuttle bus which goes to the Sanctuary. Once you get dropped at the Sanctuary the hotel is a few minutes walk. The cost for this shuttle bus is about 3 euros. During Easter this shuttle bus is not regular. We had to take a shared taxi from the airport which cost us 12 euros per person, as we had missed the last bus at 7pm. The hotel is also very popular with pilgrims, so for those of you not coming in groups, book early. I will highly recommend this hotel to anyone. A special thank you to all their staff for giving us a pleasant stay. We hope to see you again soon.

Lourdes has more than 350 hotels which are nearly full every day because it's a famous pilgrimage site. Only Paris has more hotels in France. Bookings should be made in advance. Eliseo is one of the few 4-star properties. Quite close to the shrine. Clean and comfortable room. One oddity, though: the commode is separate from the bath-room which has a tub, wash basin and a bidet. After relieving yourself you have to come out and go into the bath-room next to use the bidet! There was no mini-fridge, expected of a hotel in that category, and no bath-mat. We were on a package covering all meals which were served at table. Two courses and dessert, quite filling and satisfactory.

We have started at several different hotels in Lourdes & Hotel Eliseo is incomparable. It’s by far the nicest hotel in Lourdes. The staff is phenomenal, caring & attentive. The rooms are lovely, the restaurant is creative & accommodating.
