The hotel is located just 10 minutes walk to the Lourdes sanctuary and the city centre. The rooms are just tright for 2 and the bathrooms are quite large and very clean. The only issue with the room was that you need to ask them to switch the AC on or else it will always be switched off. The staff were efficient and quite accommodating. The breakfast is very basic but the 3 course dinner was quite nice. Also there is no parking and you will have to drive a short distance away. Overall we would definetly stay here again if we travel to Lourdes.

Appena rientrati da una breve visita al Santuario e posso consigliare certamente questo Hotel molto vicino sia ai vari negozietti souvenir, ristoranti e appunto, al Santuario. Ci ha accolto in reception la gentile signora Stephanie che parla in italiano. Le camere sono state recentemente ristrutturate. La nostra camera doppia aveva una bella doccia in vetro con lavandino moderno (phon incluso) mentre il wc rimaneva in altra porta. Mentre la camera doppia di altri amici aveva un bel bagno grande con anche il wc, tutto nuovo. Un po "scarso" l'arredamento della cameretta. La moquette si trova nelle camere, nei corridoi, nella zona reception e ristorante. Per quanto riguarda la ristorazione, buona la colazione (bevande calde alle macchinette), pranzo e cena acqua compresa menù di tre portate, un primo (pasta buona) o un antipasto, un secondo e un dessert. Per pochi giorni lo consiglio !! Ci ritornerò.

Premetto che ho girato negli anni vari hotel a Lourdes. In questo hotel ho trovato disponibilità e gentilezza da parte di tutto il personale e un cibo decisamente sopra la media rispetto agli altri hotel da me conosciuti. In sala, in particolare Patricia e Florance, sono state attente alle nostre esigenze di orari (facevamo servizio) e ai nostri gusti. Ritorneremo nei prossimi anni

Hotel bello ma… L’hotel stella è molto grande. Ha un parcheggio a pagamento molto vicino all’hotel. La signora della reception parlava italiano e quindi è stato molto facile capirci. La stanza è carina ed ha il tipico bagno francese. Il problema è che la signora delle pulizie è piombata in camera senza bussare il che è molto fastidioso e non rispetta proprio la mia idea di privacy.
