The room is too small and the bathroom is the worst in my travels. Not gonna recommend or stay again.

The owner was super helpful recommending local restaurants and places to visit. Whilst the hotel is not luxurious, it is spotlessly clean and has a delightful charm. The bed was very comfortable and from my balcony I had an amazing view across to the Pyrenees mountain range. The buffet breakfast was a revelation of all locally sources ingredients and home made cake. A truly lovely stay and should I ever go back this would be my first choice

A clean, comfortable bed, good size bathroom. Room with a balcony. Good price for Lourdes near the train station. The receptionist was very friendly and make to feel at home. She was very accommodating about my train delay due an accident, she responded very fast to my inquiry and provided codes to enter to the hotel due to train delay. I will recommend this hotel.

Small hotel located between the station and the sanctuary, perfect for those like us who had to catch an early train. The owner is very helpful, the breakfast is plentiful. The plus is the excellent cleanliness! Highly recommended given the excellent value for money

Horrible hotel, nothing corresponds to the photos on the website, let alone the description of the hotel and services. There is no shower in the bathroom, the beds are not king size, the interior corridors are dark and cramped. There is no room service as described, parking is on the street, and public and every guest who turns around finds a place. They didn't ask for any identification from us and they didn't even ask for the health passport as it should be in practice. The hotel appears to be used for a few hours and not for a stay of more than one day. A lot of noise at night in the corridors, upstairs it seemed that there were people jumping and running. Everything too tight. The description also says a safe, I wouldn't use it but it doesn't exist. There was only one power outlet behind the bunk bed, well hidden or one in the bathroom. Dark room with little light, the mattress on the lower bunk was smaller than the platform. It doesn't even deserve 1 star and is called 2 stars. Terrible, I do not recommend it to anyone, I chose worse than I did.
