I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and wish I had booked it for a lot longer. It’s a great hotel, not too large, not too small and the service is absolutely incredible – from the owner (who is on the premises from morning to evening), the receptionist (who responded to my many mails faster than any other hotel I’ve stayed at), and the dining room staff and the cleaning staff who could not do enough for one. Always so helpful and so cheerful even when they were run off their feet. They all spoke various languages so no guests were left embarrassed. The hotel is a little removed from the manic hustle and bustle that is Lourdes and that was so very welcome. Easy enough to find it you walk along the river and just as you make a left, there it is. There's also a bus stop about 3 minutes from the front door and there appears to be a lot of parking opposite - though I didnt have a car so not sure if it had to be paid for. Plentiful buffet breakfast and, as I had half board, the most delicious meals at a 3-course dinner. So, in addition to everyone/everything else, they also have a very good chef. And well-priced wines. Not like other hotels who put huge mark-ups on everything. The hotel is extremely reasonably priced altogether and so no wonder that the other residents I spoke to had been returning every year for a pretty long time and staying for weeks and even months. The weather was a little hotter than people would have liked but who can legislate for that? Better certainly than wet and cold. I hope to go back to Lourdes some time and without a doubt will stay at the Esplanade-Eden again. I was so delighted to find a place like that by chance. What a treasure.

This hotel is very clean. Very friendly staff. The lady at the desk was very helpful and since we had an early flight she also arranged for us to have an early breakfast. Food is good. Location is quiet with a big parking area in front of the hotel. Shower is hand held. We were on a half board basis. Breakfast is served at 7 am and dinner at 7pm. Since we do not like fish they offered us chicken instead. Would highly recommend!

Very warm welcome, very kind and professional staff. Very clean room and restaurant, nothing to complain about. Full croissant breakfast, yoghurt toast, fruit....garage 8 EUR per night. Hotel very well located opposite there is a large municipal car park

we stayed in this hotel for 4 days, having returned to Lourdes after 25 years to pay homage to the Blessed Virgin, good location near the sanctuary and the centre, excellent cleanliness and polite staff, good breakfast and room, the manager Sigra Pascale was very helpful and kind upon our return to Lourdes we will definitely stay in this hotel

To flee ! 140 spring mattress that squeaks, far from the good quality literature praised in the text, blackout curtains from another era threadbare and cut too short it's daylight, cardboard walls, you won't have a duvet but a blanket from the same era… the photos are misleading the hotel is old. I have photos. room 422 I was apparently in the quietest room I did not sleep. Gloomy parking lot, I preferred to put myself in the large lit square opposite. I went to sleep elsewhere after one night. I would like to point out that I am in hotels all over France and every weekend on the road. It is a hotel for tourists, not for rest. The director is adorable, her mother much less so, not very professional, almost reimbursed me even though I had not yet paid.

Clean, tidy room, only a small fridge is missing, everything else is ok. The owner of the hotel is super courteous and helpful, as are her staff. Excellent location for visiting the sanctuary and the cave.

ABBIAMO alloggiato in questo albergo dal 7 al 10 ottobre e vorremmo raccontare la nostra esperienza. L' HOTEL dista circa 15 minuti dal Santuario, posizione comoda, ma non comodissima, soprattutto se si ha la necessità di ritornare in hotel il pomeriggio per riposare. HALL e reception: nuove, pulite e ristrutturare. Camere: non eccezionali. NON SI HA un senso di pulizia profondo, però gli asciugamani c'è li hanno cambiati tutti i giorni. Il phon non sempre funzionante, solo saponette per il lavandino ed un dispenser per il bagno schiuma( nel nostro caso rotto e mai aggiustato - ci siamo arrangiati con i. Nostri campioncini di sapone portati da casa ). Nel mio caso ,i letti erano abbastanza puliti, ma altri amici del gruppo mi hanno riferito che le lenzuola erano macchiate. Direi che la pulizia delle camere dovrebbe essere migliorata. Colazione: semplice, ma molto ben assortita. Buona e abbondante per quello che si paga con frutta fresca, frutta sciroppata, salumi, Pan carrè, croissant, uova sode e Madeleine. I complimenti più grandi vanno però alla direttrice PASCALE E A Veronique, che sono state gentilissime, disponibilissime, sorridenti e tanto ,tanto simpatiche ad accontentare tutte le nostre richieste. Non so se ci ritorno, ma solo perché preferirei trovare qualcosa di più vicino. Molto bravo anche il ragazzo delle colazioni. Bravi tutti! Complimenti e che la Madonna vi benedica ♥️

Globalement le séjour a été correct. La chambre était propre et confortable. Le personnel était très agréable et ont répondu à toutes mes questions. Le seul bémol a été pour moi le restaurant qui est peut être un peu limité au niveau du choix (peut-être est-ce parce que je suis arrivée tard, ce que je peux comprendre). Mais le repas était bon malgré tout. Je recommande cet hôtel si vous êtes de passage à Lourdes.
