We stayed here with a group of young people, while on pilgrimage to Lourdes. Our room although a bit dated was spotless. The staff were really amazing and helpful. David and Chloe were fantastic hosts. The food was really nice and they did everything they could to make meals great for our group. There are rooms on the lower floors have been updated, but what we has was great.

Stayed as part of a youth pilgrimage team. PROS - beds were comfortable, great location and short walk to the grotto. Food was decent. Reception area is nice and staff are helpful and friendly. CONS - only some of the rooms have been renovated, most are quite outdated. No fridge or safe and little room for storage for two people. Only two power outlets, one in room and one in bathroom. Small buffet available for breakfast, dinner is a set menu. Air con and balcony only available in some rooms. Only one room key provided. Some mattresses were quite stained.

I joined a group of 5 friends who have been going to Lourdes for 26 years and we were guests of this structure for 5 days. The hotel is equipped with qualified and helpful staff, excellent service both in catering with buffet lunch, and pasta al dente and comfortable and clean rooms. We will definitely be back next year .

I have never found such a bad hotel, cleanliness equal to zero, poor service, kindness of the staff at times (it depends if you find the one nice), food better to avoid (the French don't know how to cook.

Spend 4 nights at the hotel, comfortable bedding, clean hotel, efficient room service. establishment staff available and attentive. We had half board, decent meal, excellent value for money. Possibility of requesting a supplement at meal time

thank you Biagio of Sì Viaggiare (Palermo) once again for allowing us to have this unique experience! You are a super organizer 🙏 Cozy hotel in every way, perfect distance and wonderful view!! I share, if you have the time, my "hot" reflections: Lourdes has inevitably enriched us all, in the most varied ways. It has given a way to feel good even to the little ones, putting them in the presence of capybara puppies... 😅 I don't think it's just a place of prayer, but above all of discovery... because in Lourdes you discover a part of society that our busiest 'I' would like not to see....and instead there is and lives Faith in a truly energetic way, made of gestures and love...crutches, canes, wheelchairs, hands to pray and voices to sing. All those young helpers are the first to smile when they see the happy expressions of their less independent friends. In conclusion, Lourdes has opened our eyes in many ways: we hope to keep them all in our hearts for a long time 🙏 Thank you family for welcoming such an unusual but so pure initiative 🙏❤️

Noise in the corridors, saturated air conditioning filter, dinner and breakfast...too average....very old-fashioned bedroom and bathroom...The rooms at the back overlook an alley... Good location to get to the shrine.

Scrivo per conto di persone anziane,ma questa recensione è doverosa! Pur avendo chiesto una stanza matrimoniale per 2 adulti hanno ricevuto una stanza scomodissima ( avendo pagato in loco per 2 notti 230e)con 4 brandine bassissime con piumone invernale(Giugno) arrecando ulteriore danno al loro stato di salute già compromesso per problemi di colonna vertebrale e articolazioni(parlo di ultra ottantenni,che deambulano con sostegno). Fattolo notare alla reception,la signora anziana lì ha maltrattati come stracci. Nella sala pranzo,adibita per alla colazione(scadentissima),la stessa si è messa a strillare perché il posto da loro occupato,sotto indicazioni di un cameriere,a detta sua non fosse il loro. Un vero e proprio incubo,sono stati trattati con disprezzo e arroganza e dall 'atteggiamento della "signora " trapelava antipatia per gli italiani. Esperienza da dimenticare, terribile!!!!
