Confermo ogni parola della recensione, del mese di luglio, della signora Carmela S di Modica. Aggiungo che, in sala da pranzo siamo stati spesso trattati a “piatti in faccia”, letteralmente lanciati sulla tavola. Salviamo solo la signora Doriana che è stata professionale, attenta e gentile. Per una di noi, celiaca, è stato un autentico inferno! Il direttore non ha chiesto neanche scusa!!!

Hotel mediocre in tutto, a cominciare dalla camera, piccola e essenziale. In dotazione solo asciugamani piccoli (non viene fornito quello per la doccia). Anche la pulizia non abbastanza curata. Semplice anche la colazione e con poca scelta. Cibo accettabile a pranzo e a cena ma il servizio è molto approssimativo e lascia a desiderare anche per la poca disponibilità e gentilezza di qualcuno del personale. Unico punto di forza, a mio parere, la posizione, a pochi passi dal Santuario.

Sono stata ospite dell’hotel come dama del pellegrinaggio Oftal, ci siamo trovati benissimo, il soggiorno migliore dei tanti fatti a Lourdes. Hôtel pulito, ristrutturato, il personale cordiale, gentile disponibile, sorridente. Il cibo ottimo e abbondante.

Stanza piccola ma pulita. Cibo buono anche se non eccellente. Personale molto gentile. Abbastanza vicino al Santuario. L’albergo di raggiunge tramite un ascensore esterno che però non crea alcun problema.

Consigliatissimo😃! Hotel pulitissimo, centrale, vicino alla Grotta di Lourdes. Tutto il personale dell'hotel Acadia è davvero super! Si viene accolti con un sorriso e tanta gentilezza. Spero di poter tornare presto a Lourdes e all'Acadia😃!

Discreto albergo a cinque minuti scarsi dall’entrata del santuario. Il punto di forza è sicuramente la posizione. Sembra sia stato rinnovato di recente i corridoi e gli ambienti sono puliti. Idem per la minuscola stanza a noi assegnata, rinnovata con sanitari nuovi e muri imbiancati. Portatevi lo shampoo perché danno solo quelle mediocri bustine di bagnoschiuma tipiche dei 2/3 stelle.
