The room has no air conditioning, poor sound insulation, the neighbors are noisy at night, and there is only one charging socket

The service was good, the facilities good, however I did not have two beds as expected, but a large bed. At the end of the stay, no fruit for breakfast, replace with canned fruit salad, overcooked pastries.

The simple hotel, the staff very friendly and attentive.

Excellent Hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️not very far from the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes. Everyone was perfect and we thank the staff for their kindness and dedication to the benefit of their visitors and pilgrims.

Hello, I just came from this hotel, it is a hotel that says 3 stars but it is a pension or a one-star hotel in Spain. The food is terrible and the staff has zero Spanish, only French. The small room with a small sink that has not been renovated in 50 years, small beds with equally small pillows, they do not have air conditioning in the rooms, but they do have fans that they lend you.

Very well appointed hotel, spacious room, clean and quiet. Good services, a very pleasant welcome, a good breakfast in a large dining room. Motorcycle parking on the sidewalk opposite. A stone's throw from the city center and the sanctuary.

Excellent location, very friendly staff, clean, free parking right in front, very good experience, in fact I will repeat this month and stay at this hotel again, highly recommended, the room was ready before time and they let me check in early, excellent service of the staff.

Strong points: elevator, friendly staff. Weak points: Small, old rooms, with carpeted floors, terrible for those with allergies, horrible mattress, (on the second night I slept on the floor and only then was I able to fall asleep, after 3 hours of rolling around on the bed trying to find a position. Soundproofing The rooms were horrible. I heard the guests upstairs arguing and even their TV and on the second day someone snoring loudly. Room with only one plug to charge a cell phone... Mediocre bathroom, with a walk-in shower with curtain 1, 20x1.20m (+/-), not allowing for a proper shower. The hairdryer is just a tube (an unusual thing) Last meal of the stay was regrettable: A puff pastry with cheese, 3 grilled sausages and half a plate of pre-made potatoes. fries, a kidney with mousse cream?! (I informed the reception at check-out and the response was just regrettable.) Limited WiFi, not available in all rooms. I don't recommend that some 3-star hotels in Lourdes. means having 3 stars...

A terrible hotel, room filled with cigarette smoke, room stuck in the 60s. Poor breakfast, 2 people = 2 croissants and 2 spinners, a piece of bread and then at the buffet only jams, butter, yogurt. In the evening we arrived at 11pm, everything was closed as if it were the middle of the night, we remained without food. Upon my return after having made a negative review on Booking, they charged me €50 as a penalty, after my complaints via Booking, they changed the reason: subtraction of towels and sheets, Shameful. The most disappointing thing is Booking which allows these unworthy people to operate in the hotel sector.

Booked through booking, looking at the photos on booking it looked nice. Arriving in the evening at 11.00pm we found everything closed, no place to dine and we also had no means of transport. We were given the room key and when we got up to the room, upon opening the door we were hit by a strong smell of cigarette smoke even though I had asked for a non-smoking room. I made a mistake in not going to reception to request a room change but given the time, which seemed like the middle of the night, we stayed in that room. Absolutely everything stopped in the 60s, we tried to sleep with the window open due to the smell, it was cold outside considering that the Pyrenees were visible and in front of the hotel, covered in snow. Bathroom without window or extractor, shower with curtain also filled with cigarette smoke, hairdryer only with cold air, everything still from the 60s. On their website they show photos of the reception, of the outside, of the rooms, which do not have nothing to do with reality. Breakfast included in the price. In the morning in the breakfast room we found the table already set with a basket containing only 2 croissants, 2 rolls and a piece of bread, you can see that they wanted to save more than the buffet!!!!!!! Luckily it was only 2 nights. Upon booking's request, I entered my review and instantly found myself being charged an unspecified €50.00 in favor of the hotel itself. In short, my review was punished by the hotel with a fine of €50.00. Having made my complaints to booking, they immediately took steps to give me a refund and apologized since the hotel had rejected my refund request. In short, a complete fraud on the part of the hotel.

Clean hotel but NO air conditioning. On days of suffocating heat. No air condition. Convenient location for parking and taking the funicular or going up into the city. 24 hour reception with bar open in the evening and restaurant upon reservation.

(Tripadvisor debería tener la opción de "bien" en vez de saltar de "normal" a "muy bien"). POSITIVO: buen precio, buen desayuno, personal de recepción amables, camas cómodas y habitaciones del lado del río con buenas vistas. NEGATIVO: solo vi un enchufe en la habitación, al lado del hotel hay un pub con terraza que puede ser molesto (en nuestro caso, a las 12 quitaron la música y desde ese momento dormimos bien), ducha pequeña, TV pequeña, no hay A/C en las habitaciones (encontramos un ventilador guardado en el armario, aunque nadie nos advirtió de su existencia , pero resulta poco útil por la falta de enchufes) y el parking cercano ya no es gratuito aunque en la web del hotel siga poniendo que sí.
