Excellent customer service from Linda. We are a family of four. Linda arranged for a top floor 10 room. Very clean, nice comfortable beds pillows and lovely white towels. Nice big bathroom and shower. The shower could have been a little more powerful. We were on half board breakfast and dinner. Tasty breakfast apart from the sausages which I was not too keen on. Dinner three courses starts with soup, main course very good but deserts could have a choice of ice cream. The Portuguese bar man from Porto was excellent great customer service. He is a credit to the hotel and deserves a promotion. If we come again next year we might stay at their sister hotel the Rossey.

This hotel is perfect for visiting the sanctuary and grotto it is only a 2 minute walk and the staff are very helpful will definitely stay again and recommend to anyone visiting Lourdes

We booked hotel Astrid for the 1st time and were extremely pleased with the room and the facilities. The breakfast was amazing. But it was the location that was the best part, The Hotel is just a few meters away from the entrance to the Grotto Sanctuary. with a small child and mobility restricted members this hotel proved to be a perfect choice. We hope to come back soon

We visited Lourdes on a bus trip and I must say I had a lovely stay there. The staff was really friendly and they also spoke Spanish. The food was very good as well and the room was very comfortable and clean. The internet connection was good as well.

Very welcoming staff. Some staff speak excellent English. If you want to be near the Sanctuary and want a hotel which is on the flat, this would be a good choice.

My wife and I as well as her brother stayed here mid-May of this year. The Astrid is located very near the Sanctuary, just 5 or less minutes away walking. Staff are very nice and friendly. Both rooms we had were very clean and had large windows facing the front. The corner room was even better with windows on both sides. They are very comfortable and have great bathrooms. The toilette was in a separate enclosure from the shower which is nice. No carpets either which I like. Just outside the hotel is a supermarket so that was very convenient. Hotel is accessible all day and night and they do have security at night. Our room had a small fridge and water heater and my brother-in-law had a Nespresso machine in his. Overall great service, is comfy, and a great location to the Sanctuary and main street (Rue de la Grotte) where most of the eating happens. We would stay here again.

We stayed as a group of 34 pilgrims some with disabilities our thoughts are great hotel, great location, everything just as we would wish. The Astrid catered very well with our dietary requirements and need for medical beds and equipment within the rooms. First class!

Friendly service, Fluent in English language, room's very clean and tidy I'm a Ceoliac they catered for. I recommend it. Reason for 4 star's is. I never give 5 stars as venue's, accommodation are always improving. I enjoyed my time at the Astrid Hotel in Lourdes. As a gesture of our group gave a gratuity for appreciation to staff. Thank you very much, I will, please God see you next year or sooner. Go raibh maith agat

We were there for two nights end of July 2023. Unfortunately it was raining when we arrived. The hotel is in a perfect location. In a few minutes you are at the grotto. Even the shops are nearby. The breakfast was very nice, the staff very polite. But the mattress very hard!!! I didn’t sleep much on both nights… I think they have to get new ones!!!! Also, the tv didn’t have any english channels at all!!! Mostly in italian and some in german I wanted an English one but there wasn’t any….. The location is great!!!!
