The hotel should belong to the first-line sea view, 2 minutes walk from the hotel's outdoor pool to the beach, 2 minutes walk to the casino, 10 minutes walk to the yacht club, of course, the yacht club can't drive in, only walk. Those who need to go out to sea can also book here, and a variety of rides are available. The yacht club is surrounded by restaurants and shops, a bit like Beijing’s Houhai, and very lively at night. The British have come here for a lot of vacations, so all English exchanges are no problem. Finally, there is a little twist, that is, at check-in, the hotel checks my order, does not show the child, only 2 adults. At the beginning, we need to pay a trampoline fee of 100 Euros. After communicating and checking the documents, there is no charge, and I directly change my order to 2 adults and 1 child. Every time I book a hotel, I will fill in the ages of adults and children. I have never encountered similar problems before, and there may be differences in each hotel management. However, I still hope that Ctrip can improve the order. Very nice luxury hotel close to a beautiful golf course. It has large modern rooms multiple very nice pools set in a very beautiful tropical garden environment. Very well meet up. 3-5 minutes to the marina and beach by Taxi/Uber or just take the hotel shuttle. Would be great if they could add some soy noodles and spring rolls to their very good western breakfast.

The hotel is stylish and the staff is friendly. Room hygiene is excellent. The highlight is that the size of the twin beds is more comfortable, which makes me comfortable given that the beds at the Four Seasons Hotel Lisbon are small size single beds in Europe. But the breakfast was not good, and the overall price/performance ratio was not as good as Wyndham, which stayed a week later.

Shuttle service was slow. It usually takes 15-20 minutes for it to come get you then another 10 minutes drive before you get to the marina. Reception team is extremely rude but other staff are usually polite. They didn’t do much for us when we told them we are here for our honeymoon which is disappointing.

Amazing hotel staff are lovely rooms are cleaned very well,would go back again and stay

The staff make the hotel really . They are brilliant.very kind and great service . However the breakfast and the amenities like the indoor pool are not up to scratch for 5 star hotel . Breakfast was very low in quality and the indoor pool was so dated , small and honestly terrible. The outdoor pool could use renovation too. The gym (you can’t even call it a gym as there is about 5 pieces of equipment in it). My room was absolutely fab. Really liked it and loved where I was positioned, had the sun on it I’ll afternoon. Big rooms too either big balcony’s. They should have a shuttle down to the marina like most other 5 star hotels in the area as it is far. If you are a golfer I think you will enjoy this place , if you’re not then maybe somewhere with more amenities might be better for you.
