The first hotel has a rich Western breakfast, the second is suitable for parent-child travel a bit like Yalong Bay, the third hotel offers free parking, and the fourth hotel requires children under 12 years old to enjoy extra bed and breakfast for free. Each hotel in Europe is different. Please read the hotel rules carefully when booking. The hotel should belong to the first-line sea view, 2 minutes walk from the hotel's outdoor pool to the beach, 2 minutes walk to the casino, 10 minutes walk to the yacht club, of course, the yacht club can't drive in, only walk. Those who need to go out to sea can also book here, and a variety of rides are available. The yacht club is surrounded by restaurants and shops, a bit like Beijing’s Houhai, and very lively at night. The British have come here for a lot of vacations, so all English exchanges are no problem. Finally, there is a little twist, that is, at check-in, the hotel checks my order, does not show the child, only 2 adults. At the beginning, we need to pay a trampoline fee of 100 Euros. After communicating and checking the documents, there is no charge, and I directly change my order to 2 adults and 1 child. Every time I book a hotel, I will fill in the ages of adults and children. I have never encountered similar problems before, and there may be differences in each hotel management. However, I still hope that Ctrip can improve the order. Having said that, I hope I can help you.

Very nice luxury hotel close to a beautiful golf course. It has large modern rooms multiple very nice pools set in a very beautiful tropical garden environment. Very well meet up. 3-5 minutes to the marina and beach by Taxi/Uber or just take the hotel shuttle. Would be great if they could add some soy noodles and spring rolls to their very good western breakfast.

The hotel is stylish and the staff is friendly. Room hygiene is excellent. The highlight is that the size of the twin beds is more comfortable, which makes me comfortable given that the beds at the Four Seasons Hotel Lisbon are small size single beds in Europe. But the breakfast was not good, and the overall price/performance ratio was not as good as Wyndham, which stayed a week later.

Our 6th amazing stay at the JZS and wont be our last! We had a 9 night stay over the May half term. This hotel has a way of making you feel special from the moment you arrive at the front door. The staff are without a doubt a real credit to the hotel and make leaving so much harder. Special mention to the following employees: Ajay, Sunhil, Frank and Churro-Joseph (apologies for any misspelling) - front entrance. William - reception team. Hassan, Divesh, Jude, Prashant, Favia and Lalit - Imperium restaurant. Abdullah (beach supervisor) and Santosh - as part of the beach team. Yasiru and Jouliano - Al Nafoorah restaurant. The hotel is always spotless and smells divine (still sad I can no longer purchase the reed diffusers that smelled of the hotel to bring home). I know there are a lot of 5 star hotels in Dubai but I dont think you can beat a Jumeirah hotel. The JZS is a little quieter than the others because perhaps its on the palm but we prefer that. Being able to use the other hotels as part of the half board package (Jumeriah Flavours), which we did (Shimmers now being the absolute fav) gives you the best of all worlds. They have now reintroduced the shuttle bus service which runs during the day and mid evening to the other Jumeirah hotels and Mall of the Emirates. The spa is also a must do if you get a chance! Definitely the best one we have ever been to. I do have to point out the one (small) issue we had which was housekeeping - despite there being 3 adults in the room, they only seemed to leave 2 of everything (glasses and towels for example) even though we made a point (on more than 1 occasion, there were 3 of us). I did have to raise this a few days in a row as it appeared to fall on deaf ears - however, they got there in the end! Now off to book next years trip back to the JZS......

My wife and I stayed at the Hotel Tivoli Marina, Vilamoura from 15/5-22/5/23. We were also here in 2014. We would definitely come back as well ! No problems with flights nor transfers. Jet2 staff on arrival in the airport are very good at guiding you to the correct transfer coach. Checking in - we were given a room in the hotel that when we opened the door, we could tell already had guests! ( Shoes/items in the room). We went downstairs immediately to report the error.Thankfully, Hugo in reception got us a room within an hour. We had booked a sea view. There was not enough room in the fridge for our own items, but we managed.( I have to keep some medications in the fridge). Hotel is very nice. Breakfast is great with a wide choice. We also ate in Oregano; Peppers; Glee; D'Azur poolside and Argo cocktail bar - all excellent. We did not tell the hotel staff it was my birthday during the stay, but they must have noted it from the ID documents etc. I enjoyed a complimentary surprise cake and Prosecco with my wife. The staff in the spa are lovely. My wife and I booked the sauna; indoor pool and the jacuzzi for 45 minutes. It is complimentary for a resident guest. All in all a very relaxing place to stay. We have just returned from a wonderful weeks stay at this beautiful resort! From the moment we were welcomed on arrival by the very professional and efficient Joanna and her amazing team, we felt like VIP’s. Tomas greeted us with freshly squeezed orange juice and a Portuguese pastry a very welcome treat. Things just got better when we were shown to our suite(229) it was beautiful and had an amazing view over the sand pool and lake! Our package included Haute Living and this really was a highlight of our stay, we could avail of light snacks at lunch and refreshments throughout the day. We also enjoyed a pre- dinner drink in the beautiful candle lit surroundings. Nadia, Alex, Bruno and the entire team made us feel so welcome, nothing was too much trouble, we enjoyed chatting with them and gaining local information. Housekeeping was exceptional, fresh bed linen everyday, towels twice daily, a turn down service with chocolates and bottled water! Breakfast was excellent as were the restaurant staff, again nothing too much trouble. We were celebrating a birthday and special anniversary and were delighted on returning to our suite to find a cake and bubbles which we enjoyed on our balcony, such a lovely gesture and very much appreciated! The resort grounds are beautiful and superbly maintained. After a beach walk we enjoyed a refreshing drink in Sora, the hotels beach restaurant, the view is beautiful, staff friendly and well worth a visit! The entire team at Domes Lake Resort are amazing, their friendliness and professionalism are a credit to the company, they helped to make a much needed vacation extra special! We are so looking forward to a return visit next year.

We found this little Gem back in 2017 having stayed at the Hilton end on many occasions, came back 2018 and 2019 and this holiday is the first time back since Covid due to travel restrictions. Like all hotels in general, prices have more or less doubled which is disappointing. Many of the staff from back in the day from both the Hilton end and the As Cascatas end are no longer there from before Covid time, which is a shame. If I am honest, the hotel (and Hilton side) has lost a little bit of the friendly feel it had. It did not feel the welcome upon arrival, or when speaking to the staff in general. It had a different feel this holiday. Still a great place close to the Marina, but far enough away you have the peace. Spacious, house keeping are excellent everywhere clean, tidy and lovely. Before Covid, they were cracking down on sun bed hoggers, placing towels down at 8, then going away for the morning. Despite the signs saying towels will be removed after an hour, those beds were lying empty for long periods, when you had couples and families looking for sun beds. It used to be a problem, then the cracked down on it, however the problem is back and very annoying. I just hope that they control the prices a little, as if it keeps going up, may have to look else where.
