Fairfield Inn & Suites Louisville Airport Reviews

The flight was delayed so we arrived in the late night, but the front desk crew was happy to help us to get our room keys quickly. Nice stay experience.

The hotel is not far from the airport, but the name of the hotel here is quite long, Fairfield by Marriott Louisville Airport, the transportation is convenient, and it is relatively close to where we are going.

Updated hotel, but glimpses of the 'old' hotel remain. Service was meh. Breakfast was poor. It did the job for a pit stop on a road trip, but nothing great.

I had not so great service here last time.....I gave them another shot and I am glad that I did. Stellar service. I will be back.

Breakfast was lacking…no oatmeal for the toppings, prepackaged foods in the hot trays, low quality

The front desk threatened me. I’m traveling with my 3 kids, I’m a professional and travel a lot but this one was a personal trip with my kids. I do not ever come into conflict and hostile situations with people like this. It would have been less scary if my kids weren’t with me, but I feared for their safety. I intend to file charges and get my money back.

Overall I enjoyed staying at this property. Despite the proximity to the airport, the only time I could hear airplanes overhead was when I was outside. I was intown for work at the Kentucky Convention Center, and it was very easy to go to and from there. The parking lot at this time of the year was completely open and I had limitless options to park where and how I wanted. I'm taking half a point away from my score for the bed. I'm not sure if I've chosen poorly in recent months when choosing hotels, or if it's a growing trend across the industry, but this and several other hotels I've stayed at have had extremely uncomfortable beds. Thin mattress, very little padding or support, and are hard as a rock. I've stayed at a Super 8 with the same bed for half the cost. As someone with chronic back pain and as someone who is on the heavier side, I wish ******* had a section where hotels could share if the hotel's beds are hard, thin, pillow topped, or give any indication as to what to expect, as this feels like the end-all-be-all most important piece of information one would need when choosing where to stay. I'm taking another half point away for the inconsistent breakfast options. I don't eat meat for health reasons, so I originally thought that the only hot food options for me were the eggs. But, then the next day there were suddenly egg sandwiches available. And each day was something different, meaning I had no idea what I did or didn't have available until I checked.

Rooms are very spacious, you don’t see that very often. My only complaint is the pool was not open , they said the fire alarm kept being set off. Kind of weird. Kids were very disappointed about that.

All the employees were helpful and friendly. The shower was nice. The bed was a little hard for me but i don't sleep well when I'm not in my own bed. Breakfast was decent. We would stay there again..

Pleasant check in and check out. Just stayed overnight as we caught a flight early in the morning

Pool was closed. I was there with 3 children for State wrestling. Was a little disappointed.
