Best Western Louisville Airport Expo

The best western hotel is very beautiful and comfortable ，clean，for me everything is nice ，the space is very big.

Budget-Friendly Airport Hotel. I stayed in this Best Western SureStay while in the Louisville area for business. This hotel is located near the expo center and the airport and is close to highways and restaurants. Check-in was a breeze as there was no significant lineup when I checked in. They do not have a digital key, so you will have to physically check in and check out if you need a receipt. Like many Best Westerns, you also have to ask for them to send you the bill by email. My room was a standard king room with plenty of space and hardwood floors. The room was a good size and had plenty of cabinets and storage space. I did notice a musty smell when I opened the cabinet that stores the mini-fridge. Since the fridge is inside the cabinet, it has no way to vent thus the musty smell from moisture building up inside the cabinet. The wifi signal was easy to connect to and the signal was good enough for streaming and web surfing. The rooms have a couple of USB ports, and I suggest bringing a charging block for additional devices. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. The AC/Heating unit was a little noisy but worked well. The bathrooms were clean and tidy. The fitness center has old and aging equipment. There is no water cooler or disinfectant wipes in the fitness room, or any additional workout equipment aside from some free weights. There are no benches, mats, or foam rollers just ancient cardio equipment and some free weights. I passed on the gym and just did a bodyweight WOD in my room. Breakfast is your standard two-star hotel fare with limited hot and cold choices. There are the standard pastries and some other options. Nothing stood out so I went to Dunkin for my coffee and breakfast. There is an outdoor pool that was open during my stay and many people were using it. Overall, a clean and budget-friendly airport hotel, good for a one or two-night stay.

I WAS GIVIN THE RUN AROUND FROM THE BEGINNING OF STAY BECAUSE THEY GAVE MESSED UP MY RESERVATION. THEY BOOKED ME AT A PARTNER OF THE HOTEL AND RESERVATION WASNT SET UP RIGHT SO I HAVE TO GO TO BACK TO THE FIRST HOTEL I RESERVED. THE ROOM SMELLED LIKE MOLD AND SIGNS OF MOLD.

Great motel with a comfortable bed, everything worked well. Helpful staff. Nice breakfast with a good variety of food. Of course, the lighting could have been better but that’s typical of motels! I have no problem recommending this place!

We stayed one night before my flight the next day. The check in and check out were very quick. The room was spacious, with a small sink/kitchen like area with a minifridge and microwave. The bathroom sink was outside of the shower bathroom. The bed was comfortable and very quiet. Breakfast starts at 7am, which worked for the day we were there but I usually like an earlier start. (I thankfully had a later flight) Waffles, sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy along with other standard selections like cereal and yogurt were available. I would stay here again if traveling out of the Louisville airport.

Nicki was great, helped us since I messed up our reservation! Great hotel, close to everything! So happy with our experience! Loved the 2-Queen bed rooms, had plenty of room to walk around without bumping into each other in the room, great space!

Beds are very comfortable, plenty of pillows that are also very comfortable! Very nice breakfast something for everyone from kids to Senior Citizens!! Friendly staff and very clean hotel. I have stayed here for past 3 years for NSRA Street Rod Nationals. Never disappointed.

I really was impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel. As soon as we walked in we could smell the clean sent. The stay was very pleasant and the rooms were comfortable and spacious. We will be staying in this hotel every time we visit Kentucky.
