Fantastic stay! Very courteous and helpful staff! Plenty of options for food and drinks in the hotel if you wanted to relax close to your room after a busy day touring the city.. Also, great location for getting to a lot of places in Louisville people want to go. Will stay there every time i come into town.

This hotel is absolutely not worth the 5-star prices. While shiny on the outside the small details are really missing (e.g. uncomfortable pillows, water and shower products not replaced/filled, full market and bar closed off for private events, unable to take coffee onto pool deck despite them not serving any). The staff and service are excellent however the amenities really miss the mark. Do *not* order room service - absolutely awful food.

Absolutely no area to smoke outside and wifi was $9.99 a night; for the price of the room, I would definitely expect wifi to be included and there to be an outdoor area.

We enjoyed our stay at this Omni and would definitely recommend. The rooms were clean, nicely decorated and had the most comfortable bed! It’s located close to the airport, Churchill Downs and is within walking distance to great bars and restaurants. (Repeal Oak Fired Steakhouse was amazing!!) There’s a fitness center, an outdoor pool, a bowling alley, several spots to eat and a beautiful lobby bar. Would stay here again if we ever come back for another bourbon tour.

We booked a room with a king bed. Upon checking in, they told us our room was in que and would text us when our room was ready. We never received a text. When going back, our room was no longer available and we had to get a room with two queen beds instead. We were very disappointed.

From the moment we arrived we had nothing but problems, poor customer service, room was not ready we had to wait 2hrs past check in for room, caused us to miss our dinner reservation at a restaurant that was the only reason we drove 6hrs for. pool was closed, many other issues.
