Very nice "Boutique" style hotel in Nulu. Walking distance to many local restaurants and bars.
Room decoration was excellent - nice and colorful. But found the room a bit dark in the evening.
Upstairs 6th floor bar and lounge was excellent - server Lee was superb!
And a hotel suited more for leisure and vacation travelers. Breakfast service does not start until 8:00 am, and was on the slow side. And no in-room coffee.
So would highly recommend for a leisure stay in Louisville - would re-think for a business stay.

Always a pleasure. I’ve stayed at Genevieve a dozen or so times somce they opened in 2022. It’s my home base whenever I’m in Louisville. Very comfortable. Love the area. The egg on egg sandwich in the hotel restaurant is a must! So delicious.

Great spot for a hotel, parking is tough, but once you find somewhere to park this is the perfect spot to stay.

Very nice, comfortable and clean. The rooftop bar was nice, the hidden bar was a fun little stop and the Cuban restaurant across street was awesomeness! The shower is the best hotel shower ever.

Nice building. Small rooms. No exercise facility. No coffee maker in room. Pretty much a limited service hotel. For $229. No thank you.

Our family stay was a wonderful experience. The only thing needs some improvement is: 1) bathroom need more places to hang towel and inside shower to lay your owe toilet while showering.
2) Brighter lights throughout room. Including bathroom. Lighting for women applying makeup,etc.

Hotel Genevieve is where I’ll stay from now on in Louisville. It’s such a rad place. Lots of beautiful art, great staff, excellent location, wonderful rooftop bar with great views! Loved everything about this place.

Cool hotel. Wish I had a desk as I was there for evening events and had nowhere to work during the day. Bed was comfortable, but kind of like sleeping in a bean bag chair or an 80s water bed. Rooftop bar closed Sun-Tues, so didn't get to see one of the main reasons I booked the hotel.
Location is FANTASTIC. Tons of great local restaurants.
