This beautiful four bedroom villa is perfectly positioned in a gated community with views over the lake. Only a 15 minute drive to Disney World and 25 minutes to Universal Studios. The outlet malls are also very close if you are looking for some designer bargins. If you fancy a day at the beach either east or west coach beaches can be reached in just over an hour. Maybe a visit to Busch Gardens at Tampa, again just over an hours drive. The villa has 4 large bedrooms, two bathrooms and a private pool. There is also a large garden area backing onto the lake which is perfect for games or alfresco dining. The total plot is 0.33 of an acre. There is a pool table in the garage as well as new washer and drier. We provide complimentry baby and children's equipment, including two cribs together with other equipment and a monitor. The villa was fully re-fitted recently to a high standard and offers clean and comfortable air-conditioned accommodation for up to 8 (maximum 4 adults and 4 children under 16) The property has clean modern furniture and televisions, wi-fi and fresh new bedding. There is a King size bedroom with en suite shower room, a Queen room and two twin rooms sharing a family bathroom. The pool area is covered with mosquito netting so you can relax while enjoying the beautiful weather. There is also a covered lanai area by the pool to give some shade. The pool has a safety screen which is detachable to keep the youngsters safe. The pool can be heated in cooler months upon request.
