Staff - Della and Keeran (excuse spelling) after we such an awful day/were warm and welcoming, very helpful, Told them about our disappointing stay at PI in Aldershot - they were very responsive to our concerns - and offered a complimentary breakfast , The cleanliness of the room was immaculate On going to breakfast /staff were again very welcoming, advised to help ourselves to any part of buffet!! Totally diffrent to Aldershot experience

I should have taken note of the previous review that spoke about the clomping about above my head - also, I know better than to take a room key without asking for what floor it's on since I absolutely hate people walking above me. So I take responsibility for my bad night of sleep as elephants played musical chairs above me. The room itself was fine, in the basement but didn't smell musty. It was warm and the bed was comfy, the shower hot and the tea supplies perfectly adequate.

Had a great night stay. The room was nice, clean and warm bed was really comfy. The room had everything needed and was a good size. Excellent central location was perfect and welcomed by friendly helpful staff . Onsite Car Parking available. Hotel is spread across other buildings and its hillside Chiltern area. Had a great stay.

We had one night here, the room was a bit tired and dated, the noise from the room above went on late, sounded like they were constantly running up and down. The window doesn’t open, instructions were provided on how to change the room temperature but the thermostat couldn’t be changed. There was mould growing round the window frame. We booked for dinner and breakfast via the hotel reception but neither booking was registered with brewers Fayre.

Wouldn't authorise a meal deal to the business account because my company didn't send the email in a particular way , even though they've got an email authorising it , use you every week but won't be using you again........................

The staff there were very warm and welcoming. There were lots of tea, coffee and milk available at reception, which I haven’t found to always be the case in other Premier Inns. The room was clean comfortable and in good condition. The staff in the restaurant were also very accommodating and the food was good. Thank you for a lovely stay.
