After a long journey and attending a funeral we were looking forward to the decent meal we have had at this hotel in the past. We were greeted by a grubby, torn notice on the door saying "Due to an issue with our supplier we are unable to offer a lot of menu options ". The staff were unable to clearly explain what was on offer due to the loud music by the door. We decided to get a picnic to eat in our room from the large Tesco within walking distance of the hotel. In addition the car parking was difficult. We had to go on the top level of the hillside carpark. Two steep flights of steps away from reception.

Room was nice and clean had all the required essentials as you would expect to receive with Premier inn stays with their super comfy beds. We were greeted by friendly staff who provided all the information and answered our queries for local places. This hotel location was perfect for us being centrally located and easy connection to motorway.

The hotel was fine and well up to the usual standard expected of Premier Inn although the wifi didn't work in our room, thankfully this wasn't an issue on this trip. On arrival we were asked if we wanted to book breakfast and we said yes please at 0800. When we got to the adjacent Brewers Fayre the following morning we were refused entry on the grounds that we had not paid in advance, the staff were most unpleasant. The hotel staff couldn't understand why we had been refused but said they couldn't do anything as it was a separate establishment. We are unlikely to use this location again in the future.

I regularly stay at PI Beaconsfield/High Wycombe due to work and the service is always great from the staff there. Oscar is always professional and provides a speedy service too. Definitely makes it easier when having to work away from home!

Never again, worst ever Premier inn. Dirty on entry no food in the evening due to no delivery had to catch taxi to closest place for food which was Nandos also disgusting. No hot plates for breakfast not enough choice and cold. Hairs all over bathroom run down,,, bath panel rattled all night due to winds. Fag butt's everywhere overflowing bins on interface dangerous path to restaurant.

It’s a good located hotel close to the motorway with a ‘brewers fayre’ restaurant attached (it’s usual for a premier inn to have one of their business group’s restaurants close by). Room large and quiet with comfy bed. There seemed to be a problem with the room keys which didn’t work or stopped working requiring trips to reception. Restaurant could do with a makeover.

Very convenient access to motorway . good for overnight stay with basic essentials available well placed for nearby retail park and big Tesco. Within close proximity to nearby other towns to explore. Friendly and efficient staff. Good clean room.

When you walk in the room at 10pm and find 5 of these lovely critters on top of the quilt. Change rooms and find more in the next room too. Contacted Premier Inn customer services for a refund and we’ve been told we don’t qualify and the room was bug free. So much for the good night guarantee. Stay here if you like sharing your bed and getting very poor customer service. Good location close to the M40.
