酒店是非常**的 還帶有三顆星星做點綴 入住早餐買了和不買是一樣的 前台説不需要早餐券 報房間號就可以 早餐廳阿姐説得刷房卡 完事我們等了半天看後面那些人也沒有人過問 因為根本忙不過來 白白花錢買早餐了 但是呢米粉真的超級好吃 東西不是很全 如果按照三星的來説 中規中矩吧 也還可以啦 酒店很安靜 地理位置很好坐落在市中心 毗鄰萬豪廣場等商業街 很是方便 湖南很有煙火氣息 床品的話很一般 寫的鴨絨被並不是 minibar裏面並未配備東西 雖然在lobby看見DM標誌了 但是這個崗位尸位素餐 並未設立 雖然是星級但是太老了後面沒有再培訓維護了 晚上看見保安巡邏 電梯直接出來很詫異也不知道讓顧客先進 不知道是哪裡的保安 打掃阿姐還比較有禮貌的 PA STEW主管還可以 雖然用積分兑換了升級房間和水果 但是現在都不給上了 問FD staf也很含糊 並未做升級 不過後麪攜程平台做了協調 總體上現在不太符合星級標準了 床單上有洗不掉的小精精這點確實很** 地面有地毯符合星級標準 但是沒打掃很mess
