酒店不限煙，所以房間很大的煙味，吸附在地毯和窗簾椅子上，散不了的那種。地毯上很多煙頭燙的洞，電梯裏都是煙灰缸，所以室內吸煙還是很平常的。

訂房的時候沒看，訂單是不含早餐的，在前台辦理入住的時候，跟前台小哥講的，退房給好評，是不是可以送個早餐，因為以前這個酒店（體育館店），是可以這樣贈送的，跟前台小哥講後，小哥沒有説不可以，我以為可以的，等早上去吃早餐，進門沒人找我要早餐卷，我們就開始點了兩個份，等收早餐卷的小姐姐來了，才發現不是用卡的，同事就去講台問前台小姐姐，小姐姐回覆入住的時候不是他辦理的，沒辦法58元吃了兩碗粉，我辦理退房的時候，我問前台020號小姐，態度生硬，語氣很不好，（你自己看訂單 ，你自己看訂單）,真的無語，建議020號小姐姐，換崗！服務態度第一，能力第二！
