雖然房間設施略顯陳舊，但是總體乾淨衞生。房間面積和雙床尺寸夠大。對於來漣鋼的訪客，其地理位置優越，交通便利；工作人員服務態度比較好，早餐比較豐盛和可口，讓人很滿意。總之，入住體驗不錯，性價比也比較高。

衞生搞不乾淨，桌子有灰，我拿毛巾擦了桌子，保潔阿姨説我把毛巾搞的很臟要我洗乾淨毛巾，不然就要按價目表賠錢30塊一條毛巾，扣吧在房費里扣，我當著她的麪把毛巾在清水裡揉了幾下就乾淨了，她還説有些地方不乾淨，要我用洗衣粉洗乾淨，我哪裡來的洗衣粉嘛？我自己衣服都沒洗衣粉洗，我都説了我衹是用來擦了擦桌子的灰，沒幹別的沒故意搞臟你的毛巾，我當時就不洗了我就喊了前台上來，前台上來又説不用我賠了。我真的服了你們了，前幾天給了我那麼臟的毛巾給我用我都沒當場要你洗乾淨給我，你們反而要我賠30元一條毛巾給你，難道我來你這裏住是應聘保潔嗎？難不成你當天沒配備兩個毛巾給我我要你退我30？ 挺搞笑的，你們的阿姨用馬桶水沾刷子刷馬桶我從沒説過你們。。。

房間，衞生不錯，地板有點臟，希望能改進。老牌國企，管理很大不錯賓館的，每次出差，都來入住，辦事方便。吃飯也方便，二樓有食堂。
