The words magnificent, sublime, incredible, sumptuous are only a few to describe this truly wonderful hotel. I live locally and looked at this hotel so many times with so much envy to stay there and I finally got the chance, to celebrate my wedding anniversary. What a wonderful surprise to find in the room rose petals and the towels beautifully laid on the bed, thanks so much housekeeping you do a great job. The room we chose has a very pretty view and we sipped champagne on the balcony, the attentions in the room our plentiful and the the nuxe beauty products really are the BEST we have used on our skin and hair. The lounge with the stunning fire is the perfect place to have a drink, beautifully decorated area. We then tried the pool outside and the sauna, hamman, we enjoyed it so much we had to keep trying the cold, then the hot!! The staff are really, really friendly. Breakfast is just immense and so much good products, it was pleasing not to see any bonne maman jams and true local produce, we could have kept eating the whole morning. One tiny element that could be better is the restaurant, we were not wowed by the choice so just had a raclette, fun for the mountains but not gourmet. We cannot wait to come back later in the year with the rest of the family, they are going to love it!! Go there you will not be disappointed and you wont want to leave!! Of course perfect for skiing, we had a rest that day.

We booked another stay, only to be told five days later that the hotel was exercising its right to close when it desired and cancelled the second reservation. According to their manager a not uncommon practice in France. Happily this was our first such experience in 33 years.

Very nice a cozy hotel. Lobby area is really nice and has the winter feel with a nice fire place. The room was clean, tidy, good sleeping quality. Wifi was good. Location is great,, with the ski lift 2min away from the hotel. Lots of things to do around, spa, cycle, walk, and a very child friendly area/surrounding. Will definielty stay here again.

This hotel is located in the perfect Pyreneanan location to access all outdoor activities. The staff are very friendly and well informed so there is always plenty of advice on hand. Nine the main receptionist was outstanding in here care for us as guests. We had 2 dogs and were made very welcome, an outstanding stay made great by all the staff but especially Nine.

Alors oui l’hôtel n’est pas donné mais la qualité est au RDV. Situé dans une petite rue avec des boutiques, bars et restaurants, puis avec une vue sur la montagne. Le décor d’abord, très montagnard, façon chalet, le lobby est joliment décoré. Nous avons été surclassés dans une chambre avec balcon. La chambre est sympa, cosy, le lit confortable, la salle de bain fonctionnelle avec des produits de toilettes, des peignoirs et chaussons. Un plateau de courtoisie est proposé avec de l’eau et des capsules de café, ainsi que des sachets de thé. Le petit dej est juste délicieux avec plein de choix, des produits de qualité, faits maison, du vrai jus d’orange pressé, plusieurs façons de faire cuire ses œufs, des crêpes et des pancakes que l’ont peut réchauffer sur une plaque. Et la salle de restaurant est lumineuse et bien équipée. Il y a aussi un spa, mais comme nous avons passé la journée à Balnéa, nous ne l’avons pas utilisé.

Nous séjournons régulièrement en famille dans ce magnifique hôtel « de caractère « : le charme , la déco , la beauté des lieux , l’emplacement, la qualité et le choix des prestations , la disponibilité et la gentillesse du personne en font un lieu unique de havre de paix . Seul bémol hier : le buffet du soir dont la qualité et la quantité nous ont surpris et déçus avec une réelle baisse par rapport à nos deniers séjours . Des entrées annoncées sur le menu absentes ( œufs mimosas ) ou très légères « poireaux à la vinaigrette « et des plats principaux décevants pour un tel établissement : coquillettes avec du gruyère à ajouter … Par contre le petit déjeuner comme toujours au top par la diversité proposée . Foncez!

Nous avons passé une nuit à l'hôtel, la chambre était propre et confortable, le personnel accueillant et aidant. La déco du lounge est très agréable et cocooning. Le petit déjeuner était varié et copieux, l'hôtel est très bien localisé, à proximité du lac, et de balnéa. Au top pour s'extraire du quotidien!
