Our apartment is located in the middle of an internationally awarded premium hiking area. The proximity to France and Luxembourg with the rivers Moselle and Saar and their wine-growing areas, the historic town of Schengen and Trier, the oldest city in Germany, are ideal for day trips. But the world-famous ceramic and sanitaryware manufacturer Villeroy & Boch with its outlet center in Mettlach is also worth a visit.The community of Losheim am See has an excellent infrastructure and offers a lot of leisure activities (sailing, boating, lido on the lake, fishing, mini golf, tennis, etc.).
